1. The staff should check the room is in good condition before paying for the customer to stay because on the day of check-in the room is not finished cleaning. 2. The hotel is spacious, convenient and comfortable but the staff should provide friendly service, greeting with a smiling face, asking for information from the customer when they arrive at the lobby. If this is improved, it will make the customers who come to stay more impressed. 3. You should not pile/place used bedsheets on the walkway to the room.

The hotel is in downtown Surat Thani. but have to cross the Sri Tapi Bridge After getting off the bridge, you will see the first alley on the right hand side, turn right for about 300 meters and you will reach the hotel. The hotel has a lot of parking. But it's an outdoor park without a roof. The receptionist provides good service. beaming Book a city view room but kind staff Plus a room overlooking the river and the bridge is the best. There are 2 air conditioners that cool well. The water in the bathroom flows strongly. Warm water works fine. Overall the service is very good. As for the disadvantages 1. Informed at the time of check-in that the check-out date will check out no later than 12.00, but around 11.00 a phone call asks whether to stay or check out. Which means there may not be a round or provide information between employees in each round without knocking the room in any way Good thing I'm sitting and watching TV. And get dressed as usual. If I take a shower or get dressed, what will it be? I don't want to imagine. 3. Breakfast, there is only 1 employee at the dining room, the food is out of stock, it takes a long time to fill, and the dishes that other customers have finished eating take a long time to clear. Causing customers to clear the dishes themselves 4. The bed is very bad, sleep and back pain. The bed was very creased. There is no bed at all. If comparing between CBD1 and CBD2 hotels, I prefer CBD1 hotel which is near the market more in terms of location, location, staff and rooms. From the experience of staying at both places
