My 2nd stay in Centara Grand. Was here last year and delighted with the stay, so when my parents wanted to have a vacation in Bangkok, I had no hesitation in booking a stay here again. Amazing stay! Ended our Thailand trip with a stay at Centara Grand as recommended by my friend. Originally was supposed to end our trip at another hotel but decided to change hotels after having an ok experience at the other hotel. So glad we made that decision! after reading many reviews, I anticipated getting checked in at 3pm or later (which was fine because we had plans anyways).. but there was actually a room available when we arrived at 1230p. We were able to check in quickly. The room was big (compared to other hotels in Bangkok). Bed was very comfortable as well and bathroom was big! We actually ended up booking an extra night since our flight was not until late that evening and late check out would cost more than booking another night. They did however offer complimentary late check out at 1400. 10 min walk to Siam Paragon and connected to CentralWorld. So close to amazing food and shopping. Definitely will stay again when we come back.

Connectivity - connected to Centralworld (though you would need to take 1 lift to level 23 and then connect to another lift to bring you to level 7 and then walk through the carpark to get to Centralworld)
About 5-10min walk to Siam BTS
Being near to Centralworld meant that shopping and dining options were plentiful. However the traffic leading out of the hotel was bad most of the time. Do factor in extra time if you're taking a taxi or private hire.
Room was spacious and clean, no complaints there.
Pillows were on the soft side.

Convenient location within walking distance to Centralworld, Siam Paragon, Gaysorn, Big C, December’s & Platinum. We got the family room with walk in closet / bathroom and 2 king sized bed which is perfect for a family of 4.

This was a last minute booking and the hotel had availability. The room and bed were very comfortable. Light switch controls were a bit confusing to use. Conveniently located next to several shopping malls, including connection to Central World. Would stay here again.

Conveniently located at Central World and close to both Chitlom and Siam BTS stations. The only complaint I would say is at times it takes forever for the elevator/lift to become available, sometimes you are waiting for up to a minute each time. Other than that, the property is well maintained and the room is clean. The bed is also very comfortable. Although, I will say the light controls for the room were quite difficult to use (trying to turn off the master lights, room lights, night lights, etc.).
