We booked room connect because there are 2 adults 4 but the accomodation is very impressive suite, clean room, spacious bed, comfortable bed. The swimming pool has 3 swimming pools. The kids are really fun as the accommodation is perfect for a family vacation.

Everything was excellent, the location, which is close to shops and restaurants, the service, the atmosphere, activities for children. The only thing that bothered me during my stay at the hotel was the smell in the room, which was moldy. The employees tried to spray odors, but the smell kept coming back.

The property is tried, hallways to the rooms feel old and dirty. Horrendous building work going on which we hadn’t been informed of, full of families, breakfast was an absolute disaster, tables not being cleared, some days there were no tables at all and we had to sit at the bar. As no one has a clue what’s going on.
Not the experience we expected. Would definitely not recommend this property.

Hotel was clean apart from the pools, they obviously had problems with the filtering because they had temporary filtering systems in place. Be aware you cannot enter your room until 3pm no matter what time you arrive. There is a construction site next to pool one, it’s very noisy and at one point a wooden tree branch come flying over the fence and just missed my husband. Very disappointing, however if the pools were cleaner and there had been no construction site, it would of been a nice place to stay, it’s very central to Karon beach with plenty of bars and restaurants.

Great breakfast. Swam in a nice small pool. At night was noisy in bedroom due to music from other rooms and/or surrounding areas around property. Think there was a festival near a temple on nearly every night we stayed.

Thls hotel has a major sewerage smell problem. The stench in my room was mild at first but then became so bad I woke feeling ill. I could taste the smell in my mouth,
Revolting.
Only after me complaining 4 times did management take any action. The put an oil burner in my room to mask the smell. One candle and it went out. Smell returned.
New room offered on my last night,
Other guest also said they had same issue.

Very well location at the heart of Karon and super close to Kata beach! The hotel has amazing design, very minimalist ans eco friendly however it has thin walls. They should consider putting families with kids at a certain wing rather than mixed with other adults because you can hear everything from rooms next door or below. Otherwise this hotel is greaf; they do amazing bbqs for the guests, vast choices of breakfast, value for money AND the staff are super kind. Thanks!
