The front desk is open daily from 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. This property is accessible via speedboat or public ferry (fees apply). Ferry transfer options: Guests are responsible for their own transportation to the designated pier at least 30-45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Ferry transfers from Rassada Pier in Phuket are available at 8:30 AM with arrival at Tonsai Pier at 10:30 AM, and at 1:45 PM with arrival at Tonsai Pier at 3:45 PM. From Tonsai Pier, guests board a shared longtail boat ride to the property (30-minutes duration). The one-way ferry transfer fee from Phuket is THB 1350 per guest aged 12 and older, and THB 1250 per child aged 4-11. Ferry transfers from Klong Jilad Pier in Krabi are available at 9 AM with arrival at Tonsai Pier at 11 AM, and at 1:30 PM with arrival time at Tonsai Pier at 3:30 PM. From Tonsai Pier, guests will board a shared longtail boat ride to the property (30-minutes duration). The one-way ferry transfer fee from Krabi is THB 1100 per guest aged 12 and older, and THB 900 per child aged 4-11.
