We are striving to complete our renovation plan including the lobby and rooms, to fulfill our customer satisfaction. Therefore, we would like to keep you informed that the renovation plan will be started from 01 March - 09 August 2024. The working hour is starting from 09.00 hrs. until 20.00 hrs. as following. - Lobby Zone 1, 2 (ground floor) from 1 March - 31 May., 2024 - Presidential Suite Fl.30, Deluxe Suite Courtyard/ Junior Suite Courtyard Fl.29 from 30 April - 23 June, 2024 - Grand Deluxe Executive Fl.27-28 From 30 April - 9 August, 2024 - Family Connecting Room Fl.25-26 from 15 June - 9 August, 2024. During the renovation period some of noise, dust and smell disturbance that may be caused. And noise hours will be from 10.00 hrs. until 20.00 hrs. But all facilities are available as usual. However, the arrangement has been provided as follow: -Check-in counter is still located at the lobby. -The refreshment corner will be offer at the lobby (on L Floor) and the lounge (on F Floor) -During our lobby renovation (phase2) Side Entrance and toilets at the lobby will be temporarily closed. Please use the Main Entrance and toilets on F Floor instead. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences.
