The accommodation is very good, the caretaker is friendly, there is a swimming pool and can play 24 hours a day. The room is very good. The air conditioner is very cool, quiet, feels like home. If going to Koh Samui is definitely staying here again. I haven't changed my accommodation. The price is very ok You can call it right. But what I got is very worthwhile. Thank you to the hotel manager for taking good care of us. Very warm and flawless. 💕

Given the fan room B17 is terrible and loud. Moved for 1 night the 3000 to get a decent room which was nice except bugs biting badly. Shower broken for 3 days Inc s/head & very moldy. When cleaned after repairs they didn't clean the mess (must have been invisible to them) I told reception then cleaners came. Told it would be sorted but shower glass and mold was "from previous hotel owners'" (apparently they are new owners) and wouldn't come off "they tried really hard though"😆. Then they had the audacity to take money off me for sweaty sheet stains because laundry charges them 1000thb to clean stains (don't sweat or break wind or have any sexual activity in the bed, you have been warned). Pool is for children and no more than 2 adults and 2 kids and you'll be confined. Restaurant is for staff really. Heard some horrible coughing in the kitchen while waiting for my food then had diarrhea 2 days after green curry 🤮. Cheap always refers to the quality. Some staff are really nice.

Hey guy! You are very nice person I ever met! Can I explain the true? You booked fan room, you said it was near the road and hot you can not stay! But you really booked and pay for cheap rooms with Fan! Then we offer you move free of charge for 1 night in a Air-Con room! You were happy! Next day you prefer a bigger room then you move to Superior room with special supplement charge! We apologized for hot shower did not work 3 days (and you were OK for that) and we did not charge any upgrade on these 3 days! Everything was fine! You were always said happy. You said you had diarrhea by our green curry, but you have been eat our foods again 2 times after the green curry! And apologized the noise of coughing! Hope you have never been coughing! We always met you and asked about your stay! You were always happy, no problem, no complaint during stay! We have been taking a good care of you guy! Until your departure days, we tried to charge you for the bed sheets that have blood stains on that (2 times during your stay) of THB 150 not THB 1,000 as you mentioned! Hey guy! Before you left us, you said you will be back to stay with us for another month! Hey! But now you gave us a big complaint hahaha! Thanks. Thank you for stay with this unsatisfied hotel for 2 weeks! Went to stay 2 times, the first time checking in at 2 p.m., the staff member told me that the guest had not yet released, offered to open a new room. But we choose to wait for the reserved room. Stayed at 4:00 PM, the last time on February 9th. Check-in at 2:00 p.m., the staff member told the room not yet finished, wait 2:30 p.m. for the first time, it's okay. By the time I saw it for the second time, it was over.
