ครั้งเดียวพอค่ะ เพราะไม่ได้นอนเลยเสียงร้านผับร้านคาราโอเกะข้างๆดังมากกก สั่นไปทั้งห้อง ห้องก็เก่าไม่มีอะไรให้เลย ชา กาแฟ เครื่องเป่าผม ไม่มีสักอย่าง ที่นอนผ้าห่มก็แข็ง ผ้าห่มก็ไม่สะอาดเป็นคราบเหลืองไม่รู้ว่าได้ซักหรือเปล่า ผิดหวังมากๆ

The service staff is good, the rooms are good, but the bad thing is the online coordination. agent with the booking agent and the hotel :- The problem occurred when arriving at the accommodation. Room reservation reserved for 2 nights. and payment has been made But the hotel said that they received information that they stayed only 1 night and had not yet paid. The person who booked contacted the online agent but was unable to contact them and had to wait to contact the hotel with the online agent. It took a long time over an hour. So the problem can be resolved and you can enter the accommodation. Suggestions and things that should be improved:- There should be a channel for the booker to contact Traveloka in a timely manner. It is not a busy line or a full line. So it makes me think about whether or not I should reserve through the app next time.

The room is noisy and not very clean. The manager looked never friendly. It seems that He hates all the world. We have one more person and accept to be surcharged. We prepaid surcharged for 2 nights (no extra bed), but my friend left because the bed was too small. I would like to say no surcharged person for second night but the manager denied to refund. What the hell!

The hotel is in the middle of the entertainment venues of Soi 7 and 8, so it's perfect for people who like nightlife. However, it is not suitable for people who like silence because the sound of karaoke music can still be heard from the room. On floors 6 and 7 the view is quite beautiful because you can see Pattaya beach right away.

Should notify the customer about the room. We accidentally mess up the towels and makeup. Will come back to charge 300 baht and will give the maid To show bad manners Probably won't stay here anymore P.S. Still good, what's the lobby not? Because the fabric is washed out, it does not adjust.
