ห้องพักดีมาก สะอาดมากค่ะ พนักงานserviceดีมากค่ะ ความช่วยเหลือระหว่างเข้าพักดีมากค่ะ แอร์เย็นฉ่ำ น้ำไหลแรง ห้องน้ำสะอาด ห้องพักหรูแนะนำต่อค่ะ ชอบคือ มีmini barในห้องแล้วราคาถูกมากน้ำไม่แพงจากข้างนอกจนเกินไป มีชา โอวัลติน ขนมปังฟรีช่วงเช้า ไว้โอกาสหน้าได้ไปแถวนั้นมาอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

เตียงเสริมต้องจองก่อนก็ไม่แจ้งพอเรามาถึงบอกว่าเตียงหมด ซึ่งเรามีเด็ก 2 คน ซึ่งนอนไม่ได้อยู่แล้ว และเราได้โทรมาสอบถามเรื่องเตียงก่อนแล้วแต่ไม่ได้แนะนำให้จองก่อน และเราจองมา 2 ห้องห้องเล็กกับห้องใหญ่ แต่มาถึงไม่ได้ห้องติดกัน พนักงานแจ้งว่าต้องแจ้งก่อน อันนี้พนักงานควรจะมีทักษะในการจัดการห้อง และตอนจองได้ request เตียง Twin ไว้ แต่ไม่ได้ บัตรเครดิตก็ไม่รับ ถ้าจะจ่ายบัตรต้องจองผ่านเอเจ้นท์เท่านั้น รับแต่เงินสด ที่สำคัญ พนักงานบริการไม่ดี ไม่สุภาพ ไม่เต็มใจให้บริการ เปิดเป็นโรงแรมแต่การบริการไม่เหมือนโรงแรม ตอนเช็คอิน กระเป๋าต้องลากเอง พนักงานทิ้งเคาร์เตอร์ ต้องตะโกนเรียก จ่ายค่ามัดจำกุญแจ ก็ไม่มีใบเสร็จให้ ห้องกว้าง สะอาด โรงแรมดูใหม่
