I'm surprised this hotel's rating on Traveloka is lower than other nearby hotels... even though everything was perfect from check-in to check-out... Clean hotel Great location Very friendly and helpful staff Affordable price During our stay, we were allowed to check in at 12 and check out at 12:30 at no additional cost 😛...a pleasant hotel

when come here, no greeting from the staff, at least you can say good evening. i checked in at 1.30 am midnight due to delay of flight then got problem with the AC, HOT. room 502. i couldn't sleep. so upset. Found cockroach too. Pease improve, because before i always stay here.

The hotel location is very strategic, even though it is in a small alley, it is not a problem. This is my second stay at Gateway, next time I will also be a Gateway subscriber because of the strategic location (close to December, Platinum Mall, Big C, CentralWorld), in front of the hotel there are many culinary, clean and affordable prices.

Nice hotel at Pratunam, first come maybe a little bit confused with the area and hard for a car to go inside, but if you compare it with another hotel at Pratunam, this hotel is the best I think, also considering the price also.
