This is our second year staying here. The first time was in May and this time we came. The staffs are as good as ever. It is near the entrance of Maha Lab Chiang Mai. There are many food options nearby. It is very convenient. The bed is good. The room is spacious. The staffs at the counter are friendly and give good advice when there is a problem.

Everything is good. The room smells clean. Every room has private Wi-Fi. Very impressive. The room is big, the floor is clean, the towels and sheets are very clean. But I came alone and asked for a big bed, but got a double bed. It may be my fault that I chose the wrong one, but I slept very well. I woke up and had breakfast, which was enough to fill me up. 10/10

Sesuai nama ya, “premium budget hotel,” penekanan pada “budget” hotelnya. Hotel ini cukup nyaman, ruangan spacious, bersih, shower kencang dan lokasi dekat dengan pasar malam (jalan kaki 10 menit). Dengan harga murah dapat breakfast sederhana juga, tapi saya beri 4.5 (dari skala 5) karena internet pernah mati separo hari padahal ada pekerjaan. Selain itu, hotel ini cukup recommended untuk yang mau ke Chiang Mai dengan budget kecil.

จองห้องแบบรวมอาหารเช้า พนักงานแจ้งว่าอาหารเช้าบริการ 07.00-10.00 น. แต่ปรากฏว่าลงมาตอน 09.00 น. พนักงานแจ้งว่า ข้าวต้มหมดแล้ว ขนมปังปิ้งหมดแล้ว สรุปคือไม่ได้ทานอาหารเช้าเลยครับ ต้องออกมาทานร้านข้างนอก พยายามเข้าใจว่าลูกค้าที่จองห้องแบบรวมทานอาหารเช้าของโรงแรมเยอะ แต่โรงแรมควรบริหารจัดการดีกว่านี้ เช่น การเช็คจำนวนบุคคลที่เข้ารับประทานอาหารในตอนเช้าหน้าเคาเตอร์ก่อนเข้าห้องอาหาร เพื่อที่จะได้รู้ว่าเหลืออีกกี่คนที่ยังไม่ได้ลงมาทานอาหาร ถ้าอาหารใกล้จะหมด จะได้เตรียมเพิ่มได้ทัน แต่ห้องสะอาดเรียบร้อยดีหมดครับ

The entrance is quite deep. Can't walk out at night because it may not be safe It is recommended that you have a car or motorcycle for convenience. If it's late at night, there aren't any shops open. The closest is behind CMU. The room felt a little expensive. There are two kinds of breakfast. namely bread and rice porridge The bathroom had a slight smell. The room was clean and the staff were polite.
