Deposit 0 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

Additional Policy

The villa has 900 THB additional fee/ per booking per room for cleaning fee, collect at the hotel.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the building/unit. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only and outside the building area.

Please note that daily price includes water and free electricity 15 KW per day, however, if you open the AC and the doors at the same time we have to charge you for the overused electric on check-out by 10 baht/KW.

If you use the AC for 24 hours a day, it costs about 100 baht /day/AC, using a setting of 24 degrees and assuming hot weather outside.

A THB 3,000 damage deposit is required on arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property.

There is no good preparation before check-in and out. The pool was not cleaned first. Late check-out, 1st floor bathroom has cockroaches.

The price is appropriate. There are pool, gas BBQ oven, 4 bed room, 3 bathroom, kitchen equipment. The air condition at living room is dirty and the air is hot. the price does not include cleaning fee (900 baht), electricity fee (200 baht) and warranty price 3,000 baht (return when you check out).
