Great location if you want to shop, eat. Also close to the sky trains that are faster than taxi

Absolutely recommendable. However some of the seats in hotel lobby were worn out and upholstery had torn revealing patches. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was great offering many options. Room was always clean. Air conditioning perfect!

I feel a little hot both in the lobby & in the restaurant. The setting of the air conditioner is not good enough. Especially during summer time, the temperature inside is very high, the hotel should set a little lower temperature to welcome your customers from outside.

This is my go to hotel in Bangkok now. The location is great for lots of fun things to do, the hotel itself has great room, classic elegance, great bathroom, bed, desk, chairs etc. breakfast is really good.

Furnishing was worn and dated. Toilet gout lines mouldy. Different from pictures in App. Think hotels.com should be more transparent with room standards like renovated or old rooms. It allows consumers to make a more informed decision. Eg pay more or less for an equivalent accomodation nearby.

In a great location. Beautiful property. Service is impeccable. Do not use the condiments in the fridge as they are not for free and is way over priced. Otherwise, everything was amazing.

Book the club lounge room, I tink one of the highest paid room, In reality it’s very ordinary hotel even if I compare it 3 stars hotels, it’s very badly maintained Please note: This is first time I am giving one star, normally all my reviews are very positive, but this one is exception

the location and amazing staff are the highlight of this hotel. Unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t good, and the hotel infrastructure needs to be updated. Not because I put “ok” it means that I wouldn’t consider to stay again here, I believe it’s an okay option for a couple of nights.

Overall a very nice hotel in a great location near the Phrom Pong Skytrain station and everything available in the Emsphere, Emquartier and Emporium. Clean rooms and very nice and helpful house keeping staff (floor 10). Had breakfast on floor 2 in the stylish restaurant. The atmosphere was often a bit stressful since at least one in the staff was literally running around when it got busy. I also found the breakfast selection to be somewhat lacking. There was no dark rye bread, cream cheese, sliced cheese, salami or smoked ham. And it would have been nice to have the smoked salmon on the buffet since it was available on the egg benedict from the egg station. Pro tip: dont miss the multiple Michelin rewarded noodle shops on soi 26.
