I have been pleased with the hotel on multiple visits. The staff have been great. Note that human beings are nice to you if you are nice to them. If you return their smile, you will get more. They do have a tuktuk service that is easily available to take you to the main road. They have some good international restaurants close to the hotel. German, Swiss, Italian, Mexican, fusion Japanese etc.

The property does not look anything at all like the pictures. The images on Expedia are from when the Hotel was built and do not represent in any way or form the current state of the property which is now run down and seems to not have been maintained in years. The staff (women) are friendly and helpful but I cannot say the same for the males working there since they are not welcoming at all and will completely ignore a good day or Good afternoon.. I wish I could post some of the pictures I took which include yellow sweat and body fluid stains on the pillows, black mold around the entire bathroom, broken toilet and toilet paper dispenser among others....For health and safety reasons PLEASE AVOID YOUR STAY HERE....

It was nice and quiet at the end of a soi. I found it very clean and the staff was very nice. It's a bit of a walk to the main steet, but there was a free tuk tuk. Only the hot water was a problem. Very short periods at a time. The pool on the roof is shaded by tall buildings. Very nice and pleasant staff.
