The receptionist is very nice service. Make a reservation before check-in. Hot Coffee Cabinets Hot chocolate And free hot tubs. I'm going to eat every time I walk through the room clean, but the floor feels a little slippery. It may be because the floor rub. It's not dry The room is not too hot. Air conditioning works normally with hair dryer, clean toilet, everything ok, water is moderate. Half the hot water is hard to use. Can not adjust the heat. It will start to heat up. Location is a little bit away from the main Ao Nang street, however still easy to access by tuk tuk or walking. Hotel room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is also very helpful.

Clean and spacious hotel. Not really located at the busy street but still quite easy to access to town, beach, restaurant and bar. Friendly and helpful staff. The cons are the did the room cleaning quite late which has delayed our check in process (we checked in at 4pm but the rooms were not ready yet). But in overall, we have a good stay.
