We had a wonderful time at the apartment, a pool in front and fifty steps to the beach, people were super friendly and helpful. There is a small open bar by the pool with very friendly people. Apartment was Huge stove could do with an upgrade, but why cook when there are literally 8 fantastic restaurants within steps from the apartment delicious and cheap!! We had a wonderful time and will definitely book again!!

Amazing stay at Kamala Beachfront Apartments.
Got to the hotel about 10:30 pm, security man helped us carry our belongings upstairs. Woke up, went to check-in. Everybody was so helpful and giving us tips where to visit etc. staff at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming.
Hotel rooms are basic but adequate. The bed is very spacious and comfortable. Tea, coffee and water provided. Cannot fault the room.
The pool area, overlooks the beach and sea. Very quiet and peaceful - just watching the world go by. The bar staff are extremely friendly and very appreciative of your custom. They are very chatty and want to get to know you.
The lady at reception let us stay in the room for an extra 2 hours in the room. This was very kind.
Highly recommend Kamala Beachfront Apartments to anybody visiting Kamala.

Great stay and able to swim in the beach or pool and leave your things with the bar staff to look after at your lounger. Room was large and air con’d. Though had to ask to have the balcony door lock fixed and sink plug they did both immediately. I would recommend this over a family resort hotel down the beach if you’re after something more relaxed and smaller yet in easy reach of everything.

Good beach front location. Front office was VERY helpful with anything needed and advice. Room conditions are on the older side and shower pressure and temp not great, but I also never asked for maintenance so in fairness they didn’t have opportunity to fix. Location right next to several restaurants.

First of, the property name is misleading trying to confuse customers with the next door nice facility. This is NOT Kamala Beachfront Resort (which is supposedly nice), this one is Kamala Beachfront Apartments.
Location is great, the facility is terrible. Dirty, old and collapsing, toilet was broken, no wi-fi in the room, fridge was making noice (and all our products stored got ruined).
I would avoid this place (and it's way more expensive than other resorts at Kamala beach).

The location was perfect, The pictures noted are from the back of the apartments so when we arrived and saw the front we were kind of weary about the place. Close proximity to restaurants and guided tours access. Beach is right out back with beautiful sunset views. Laundry service was quick, affordable and well done!

Super location - right on the beach, surrounded by restaurants. Spacious, well equipped room. Staff are very friendly and responsive to your needs, treat you like family. Tiki at pool bar makes awesome breakfast, provides ice cold beer at very reasonable price all day. Will go back if ever in Phuket again.

It was great to have a place with a pool right next to the beach. The room had everything we needed for our stay. It was also nice to have a bar by the pool.
The price for the location and the facilities was good.

The bed was beyond hard so made it difficult to get a good nights sleep.

Somebody else describes it as a "little gem" and I think it sums things up. We wandered all over Kamala Beach looking at places we could have chosen and realised that from afar, via reviews, we had stumbled upon the best. It's not 5 Star and it's not a hotel. As the name states, you live in an apartment. We had two rooms in ours (Mountain View) and I suspect there are larger apartments. Linen is clanged every day and the apartment is cleaned every day. But the best part is that you walk straight out onto the middle of the beach where there are small restaurants aplenty to both left and right. The beach was clean - though some rubbish to be found at either end of the beach where the more "upmarket" accommodation is situated. It's a 10 to 15 minute walk into the town centre with ATMs, 7 Eleven, Supermarkets etc. The famous Fantasea show is just a walk away although we didn't visit it. Communication in English is easy. This is a beautiful little spot. The manager, a woman, (NOK?) was delightful. We're returning next year.

Overall we enjoyed our time here! Some things need improving for this property to get guests to return after one stay. The positives- The location was amazing! Literally 5 steps to the beach. The views were amazing. The room itself had a lot of space and a nice size fridge. The resort offered books for guests to read and had a nice bar open by the pool. The pool and lounge chairs were awesome!! Lots of restaurants and massage place near by. The restaurant right down the way (Lillo Island) was amazing! Such friendly staff and so close.
Areas for improvement- the staff was not very accommodating. They weren’t ever really motivated to help us when needed. One day the water went out unexpectedly- the only thing they did was offer us bottled water to shower with. Very strange. The laundry facilities advertised on the webpage are broken and we had to use the random laundry machines across the street, but the office refused to give use change so we could get coins for the machine. They also refused to make change for us when buying a drink at the pool bar. The shower sucked and only had burning hot water or cold. Overall the rooms need a deep cleaning.
