A top hotel, you feel the difference as soon as you're greeted at checkin when you are seated, served a chilled tea with a cold wet towel to refresh, as the staff take care of the checkin details. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Food and beverage that we experienced was first rate. Staff were attentive, friendly and efficient. The hotel is located centrally within walking distance of public transit and Bangkok’s famous Lumpini Park. Overall, a great 5 Star Hotel experience which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would highly recommend.

Bar Yard is a top rated roof top bar. Service was ok not exceptional like the service in the other parts of hotel. Food was terrible. American bbq food should never be the menu at a top bar. The taco chips for nachos were stale and the complementary snacks were stale too.

I had a case of diarrhea after eating breakfast @The Stockroom. I think it was the carvery ham; I tasted its remnants on my breath afterwards. In my haste, I think I left my reading glasses in the hotel room 2314. I would be great if something can be arranged for its return.

Beautiful hotel and great staff. We would definitely stay here again.
Only comments are that the music in the lobby and all dining areas is so loud that conversation is nearly impossible. Particularly the 40th floor area...but even the breakfast area. Who needs loud music at breakfast? Also would recommend coffee in the lobby earlier than 7am...Maybe 6am. The coffee in the room is not very good.

Room allocated was clean and spacious. Especially love the bathroom with the closet combined, made getting dressed easy every morning. Breakfast was great with aplenty of choices and non-usual selection like eggs benedict/muffin station, panini bar and fresh coconut

비싼거 빼면 딱히 단점이 없을 정도로 좋음. 굳이 단점을 꼽자면 투숙인원이 많은지 엘베 조금 느리고 로비가 작고 붐비는 것. 그리고 수영장이 좀 작고 물이 차가운 것. 하지만 이 단점들도 심한 수준으로 아니고 조오금 거슬리는 정도였고, 나머진 다 최상이였음.

Beautiful property, very large, modern rooms. Excellent breakfast, best ever experienced. Gym is good for a hotel. Pool is nice but shaded all day. Great rooftop bar. Only complaint is elevator waits are long. Note that they take a deposit on reservation and if your credit card changes on check in they make you pay the full amount then and then claim they will refund your deposit - still waiting for my refund one week after stay.
