This is probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed out. The hotel itself was well laid out and clean, the pools were plentiful with spare loungers most of the day, kept clean and tidy. Breakfast was exceptional, it even beat some of the all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at in Mexico! Rooms were amazing, very large with the most amazing shower and bath. Water replenished daily (we weren’t all inclusive) beach was beautiful and sea was amazingly warm and great to swim in. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, making sure we had a breakfast bag before left early one day. Lots of spaces to chill out across the resort. If I had

Service au restaurant The Nest déplorable, l'hôte nous demande tous les matins ce que l'on souhaite en boisson mais ne nous les apporte jamais ! Ils font juste de la politesse en surface.
La plupart des cuisiniers ne parlent pas anglais, difficile d'émettre notre commande ...
Les serveurs ne sont pas du tout réactif, ils nous disent "oui" à notre demande mais ne viennent jamais ! On doit se débrouiller tout seul.

I absolutely loved it, thank you for your hospitality. My granddaughter's spent a lot of time in a kid's club that was very helpful for us. Kid's activities were amazing, including movie nights. We didn't have an all including packet, but we enjoyed the happy hours that were from 12pm to 10 pm . It will be great if you have a dress code for breakfast because ladies came to a restaurant straight from the gym. They were wearing a sport bra and a sport shorts. Actually, it wasn't nice, indeed.

We had a very nice relaxing stay. Hotel facilities were good, service staff at the bar and the restaurant and pool boys were all amazing. Check in was very smooth and Jim was very helpful in arranging our slog Lanta taxi which was a wonderful trip.
Restaurants in the hotel were not very good as we had expected them to be. The food was not tasty except the breakfast buffet which was very different and excellent and had everything from all over the world.
Only problem was that we stayed for 4 nights and they asked us to clear the outstanding bill after 3rd night and not during the check out which we found for a 5-star hotel not an elegant practice. Also on the day of checkout they called us at 8:30 am in the morning to remind us that this was our day of checkout and asked if they can send someone already at 8:30 am to help with luggage even when we told them that we wanted to checkout at 12. It was a bit too much and we felt a bit harassed.

Quite a run down hotel which had a bad smell around all public spaces.
The room was pretty good except for the AC seeming to be either fully cold or not on at all, making it freezing cold or too hot overnight.
Most staff seemed quite indifferent to guests and the food was now quite what could be expected from a 5-star resort.

The staff were excellent, however management allowing a large wedding to take place for several days which meant at times dining areas weren't available or pools weren't available or experienced staff were in short supply and loud music could be heard throughout the resort and onetime way past midnight, will make me think twice about booking again. We booked this holiday many months in advance and some early advice would have been appreciated.
