Absolutely great location to stay. Terminal 21 just down the road . Handy to everything markets , shops , food , taxis . Has a great pool . Staff very pleasant .

Ok. This is an older building that’s well maintained but might have structural issues. I came in February so they might be more fully equipped in the peak season. Here is what they do NOT have: A restaurant Room service Business center with printer Laundry/dry cleaning Safe in rooms.

Раньше было отлично,два раза приезжали сюда и всё нормально,в этот раз пришлось отказаться и заселиться в другой ,столовая и один из бассейнов на ремонте(о чём не сказали )при такой цене, не в сезон ,это разочарование!!!

The property is half open the front building office with rooms. The restaurant has been closed for a long time in the main area spiderwebs and all the corners we had ants in every room they moved us to so finally they gave us a can of spray so that we could kill the ants every morning I think the Covid shut downs as financially weekend the owners

It’s advertised as 3 stars, and charges are like 3-star. But room rates don’t reflect the status of the rooms. It was maybe a nice hotel once, but now it’s more than dated: it’s run down and in dire need of some restoration. Water is leaking in the toilet, floors are worn, bedsheets aren’t properly cleaned. Neither are the floors, don’t look under the bed. Generally, the housekeeping is sloppy, pillow cases and sheets are yellow - not giving an impression of cleanliness. Besides, the corridors smell of cigarettes: maybe ingrained from previous times when smoking wasn’t “unhealthy.” On the positive side is the large swimming pool and the lack of children. The water looks cool and clean from above, and there’s plenty of space for you to play around in the water. The breakfast is sumptuous, hot food at times cold and not of super high quality. The location is convenient, close to Terminal 21 shopping centre, Best Supermarket, and many other restaurants. There is an open air karaoke bar across the street, who might when in the right mood, blast the music at 100 dB until four in the morning. Something the hotel management cannot, or will not, do anything about. If they do, they receive death threats I was told.

The price was ok, The bed was hard as hell, in fact, I think the bed was board covered with a sheet.

The only thing that was a concern was my wife and I would of liked the room to be some what cleaner but other than that the hotel was great the service from the staff was excellent the pool was well serviced each day the food in the restaurant was very good but needed more verity.

It was good, the only problem was about the breakfast. We did not get anything in veg. Even we requested but staff was unable to understand. Thought the hotel was very neat n clean n very nice swimming pool n children friendly

Too many Germans who block the chairs and beds at the pool all day long and are not evennpresent

Friendly staff. Nice big pool and many sunbeds. Splendid breakfast, the best I have had in Pattaya. But could be a little noisy from other rooms and bars. Nice stay and I can recommend this hotel good for the price.

The hotel is in a great location if you do not want to be around all the noise and craziness of the city. It is like a 15 minute walk to the action or a 5 minute baht bus ride . Hotel a littlke on the older side.BUT the pool is well worth it. You can purchase the breakfast with or with the room (150 baht) pretty decent buffet . The staff was a little difficult with the English language if you needed directions or information. Sometimes Google doesn't have the all answers lol i would stay again

we got there on Saturday 7 th april and the first thing was the lift then the room no tea making facilities the bedding was dirty the bathroom dirty and to top it the pool was disgusting lots of love roy

4th time at Lek Villa. Located 20 metres off main road so very Quiet. Rooms are huge, bathroom is of good quality and overall very clean by Western standards. Pool is sensational. Breakfast great, loads of variety. Taxis at front, restaurant, bars, massage parlours, hair salons in abundance.
