nice staffs, quiet from the party area even though it's not that far. great location and nice pool. it's really relaxing stay. only the mosquitoes that was only one problem there. They also try to figure it out too. 👌🏽

Beautiful refuge… lush, labyrinthine gardens around a really good pool and pool bar. Cabins are arranged along ‘sois’ that fan out from the pool area, and are super clean, well appointed and comfortable. Staff are charming and efficient. When I arrived, the aircon in my cabin was not working… before I even had a chance to report it, a technician appeared (clearly the cleaner who had just finished preparing the room had reported the problem). I was instantly given a different cabin – again, this was arranged before I could even ask.
Some reviews mention the bats… This will depend entirely on you. My father would have turned round and run away. There are hundreds of fruit bats that roost in the huge trees around the edge of the compound. At dusk, they fly up and away to feed in the countryside at night. They come back at dawn. Personally, I loved them. The sound they make is a restful white noise, like a waterfall. I found them fascinating to watch. They never come down from treetop level. And they’re fruit bats… they don’t drink your blood :)
My only negative experience was at about 5 pm when someone came round with an incredibly loud fog machine to spray some noxious insecticide against mosquitos. (Of which there were, unsurprisingly, therefore none.) I’m not sure how this sits with the whole ‘we are part of nature’ thing here, but I suppose it’s unavoidable. If you hear that fog machine, though, keep your distance. The smoke is nauseating.

It was a different experience staying at this resort. The detached cabins were clean, organized well, and were all surrounded by beautiful landscapes, gardens, and a great pool, however, the crazy number of bats in the overhead trees near the back of the property was a bit much. Couldn't walk back there without getting dropped on and they were much larger than the bats we have here in Canada that's for sure haha. Lucky for me I was closer to the outdoor bar and away from the drop zone.
The staff was very polite and I think it would be a great place to spend more than just a night as I did. Maybe next time. I still wouldn't pass by this place if you had a chance. It's very peaceful and just shy of the busy sections. Close to Terminal 21 and the beach. Besides, the cost of a Bolt ride to get to the entertainment areas won't break your bank account. Cost me about 34TBH for a Bolt Bike ride to Soi 6 area.

I had an easy check in and front desk staff are friendly. However, the room that I was given was dirty (stained blankets and pillow cases, old towels, weird smell to the room, open water bottles in the mini fridge)and there was no hot water. I told reception and someone came to look at it but after a couple of hours I qsked if it would be fixed soon and they moved me into a similar room that was clean and had hot water. The room and rhe room I was in before had a weird sewage smell! The location is good and the hotel pool and bar area is nice.

The pool was lovely. I didn't like the bugs and the bats were very load at night when sleeping. Other wise the room is a good size. There was construction going on across from the property so I wouldn't recommend it to a light sleeper. For me it was like glamping.

The hotel surroundings are beautiful as is the rooms! The pool area was a bit of a let down as not the cleanliness we have stayed at a property.
It is mainly based on Germans which there is alot of plus the breakfast is also based on there taste as well so a bit disappointed with that.
I personally wouldn’t stay again as the greeting we got when we arrived and also left the hotel never made us feel welcome at all!
There always seemed so many flys when eating lunch at the hotel restaurant with no type of deterant to keep them away.
Not to far from the beach tho which wasn’t the worse!

Very happy with bungalow room, air con very good, TV quite new. For the age of resort very good, new builds just don’t have the space. Pool area could have been worked better towels left on sun beds, staff didn’t work the area well. One big thing to mention was the noise from the birds in the trees, very loud at certain times of the day and night, but this is the price you pay for a good outside area. Have stayed in 4 hotels in the area and would definitely look at booking here again as was very happy with my 3 week stay. No mini bar or phone in room, but not needed as a good working fridge, kettle. Coffee sachets 2 per day per room. Room kept very clean, cleaning staff very good. Very happy with my stay and would look to book this hotel again for my next stay.

Great value, hidden nature resort middle of busy Pattaya. Great service from all the staff, all requests were met (also got a room upgrade and birthday cake for free). I would definitely recommend staying here if you prefer peace & quiet & nature stay over huge Pattaya resorts.
