Very friendly and accommodating staff. Our first room didn’t have a good view so we called and they instantly moved us to a beach view. The restaurant food was great and the breakfast buffet was excellent. It is in a good location not far from attractions.

This hotel is located on the beach and is easy walking distance to other beach venues but removed from the crazieness of downtown Pattaya. There is one small cafe onsite which is excellent, but I cant say the same about the daily brunch is is at its best, is mediocre. The cleaning staff did a great job everyday and overall I found the staff to be very helpfull. The bed was comfotable, but I found the decor to be a bit ddated.dayed.

The breakfast was fantastic with tons of great options. Beach is small but pool is lovely… but if you are looking for great beaches just a ferry ride away. $6 ish? It’s nice not to be in the heart of all the crazy city stuff.

Room was nice. Hotel is nice. A bit far from everything which is what makes room service not available after 6pm such an annoyance. Wouldn’t have mattered anyway as the phone in our room didn’t work and never got fixed in the two days we were there. Breakfast was ok, but definitely not worth the $20 CAD add on. Rooms walls are paper thin so if you have a jerk neighbour like we did then good luck getting to sleep at a decent time.

There was mold in several spots inside our room. We had to leave hotel and find other accommodations for the rest of our stay. Expedia took a few hours on the phone, but ultimately did not refund us even though I sent many pictures of the mold.
