The service is excellent. The location isn't right in the Pratunam market, but it's close by, making it perfect for those who want to shop but don't want the crowds. Oh yeah, there's a shuttle that can take us to the market, Platinum, and surrounding areas. The staff is also friendly, and they let us check in early without any additional charge because we had a sleeping child. The best, if I go to Thailand, I'll definitely stay here again!!

I'd give this 11 out of 10. It really hit beyond expectation. The hotel is well maintained even though it is snugged on the inside of the building. There are 2 types of stays, one is villa, the other is space. The villa is more on wellness around the area. Massage parlours are everywhere for villa, making it convenient for anyone who needs to relax. For space, it is more for shopping near the market. Walking distance to everything. No regrets for one group staying in villa and the other at space as there is free buggy shuttle service for the 2 areas and also to go to the nearby mall and market! Seriously, no regrets. It's highly recommended!

This was my first time staying at Marwin and I loved the location. It’s super strategic, just close to Pratunam Market and Platinum Mall. The best part? They have a free shuttle car that can take us there, so shopping was so convenient. The room was clean, spacious enough for 2 people, and really comfortable. Felt like home right away. Overall, great value for the location and service. Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Bangkok!

First time in Bangkok and my group stayed here. Nice hotel with an affordable price. Good location near Pratunam, Platinum Plaza, and Shibuya, just a 5-minute walk. Lots of street food in the morning near the Pratunam area. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean, and if you only need a place to sleep and rest after shopping, this is a good deals hotel. Oh yeah, it's surrounded by massage therapy shops. It's very good to have a massage after a tired day of walking.

When I go to Bangkok, Marwin Hotel is definitely my go-to hotel 😭❤️ I always love the spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, bidets, cold AC, huge mirrors, and a refrigerator. Drinking water is always refilled, and the hotel's shampoo and soap are also always refilled. The hot water isn't always available, but overall, I'm very comfortable here. And most importantly, the TV now has Netflix 😭😭😭 Oh my God, Marwin, I love you 🫶🏻 And all my stuff was brought to my room 😭🫶🏻 I think I'll be using you again in November, God willing. Hopefully, I still get a slot 🥹

The hotel was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and patient in explaining things to us, especially given our language barrier. Access to the hotel was a bit tricky, as we had to walk inside, so taking public transportation wouldn't be a direct route to the hotel.

Very strategic location, close to shopping centers like Pratunam Market, Big C, Tofu, restaurants, street vendors, and public transportation (this is a busy area like Kuta, Bali). There may be traffic jams at times. Family-friendly. Rooms are clean and tidy, with cool air conditioning. Toilets have a bidet/jet washer. A 1,000 baht deposit is required. Staff are friendly and speak English. Safe area. Soundproofing tends to penetrate the walls (which can be a bit annoying if you have noisy neighbors 😅). Overall, it was a pleasant stay ❤️

The hotel was a nice and affordable place to stay. Near to Platinum, Pratunam within a 5-minute walk. Surrounded by massage places that are useful if you're tired after shopping and city tours all day.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Although the hotel is in a back alley, there's a lot of foot traffic and guests, so I wasn't worried. There are massage parlors all around, so I can get a massage in the evening before returning to the hotel. There's also a 7-Eleven for food, so I wasn't worried at all. The soundproofing isn't great; I could hear some outside noise, but if I was tired from sightseeing, I could basically ignore it. Usually, there are fewer people around after a certain time.
