The room is clean and the service is good. But the air conditioner in the bathroom is dripping. Stayed for 2 nights and it was dripping both nights. The security guard is not cute, doesn't speak very well, and has bad English. The reception staff is cute and kind. The bellboys provide good service. The restaurant is large and has good service. I would like to improve the security guards' polite language.

Overall, the experience will be much better once the odor from the toilet drain is addressed and the parking area is improved. The room is spacious and fairly clean. The price is reasonable, especially after the discount.

Stayed in an executive room. The room was big and spacious. However, the air conditioning was not cool and there was a musty smell. The food was not delicious. The lobby was not air-conditioned and was very hot. I will definitely not go back again.

The location is OK, close to the bus station, walk 5 minutes and reach the Terminal21 mall, breakfast is good, the room is quite big and clean, only when we got to the west facing sun the AC didn't feel good and was a bit hot.
