The Navin Mansion 3 is a very nice hotel at the right price. My wife and I enjoyed it very much and will definitely stay there again. It is in a nice quiet area but has everything you need within a short walking distance.

This is the nicest hotel that I have stayed in since I have been in Pattaya. You are on the street behind the Big C store on 2nd road. You have Food, theatre, and night life all within 1 street from you. Big C is a shopping Center and food store, so you can pick up anything there.
