The location is convenient, the room is spacious and clean. However, the bathroom's toilet is old and not very clean. The bathtub is prone to accidents.

The room is clean and fragrant. However, I would like to have a curtain to separate the bathtub in the bathroom because when taking a shower, water splashes into half the room. The internet is not very strong, just enough. Room 402 has water dripping from the air conditioner. When checking out, I forgot to inform the front desk staff. If they could smile a little more, it would be great.

Quiet area. This accomondation very suitable if you are on your staycation. Large room. Comfy Bed. Comfy Sofa. Quite much TV channel. Free flow drink (self services) around Lobby area. Also can buy drinks and some snack around receptionist.

That was my third stay in Neca Complex Apartment. The other 2 stays were excellent, however, the last one not so. The room was dirty, the bed sheets felt dusty, and there were mosquitoes. Despite all the problems, the staff were very helpful.

Especially during COVID-19 The more you have to keep it clean, but this is not at all. Starting from the floor, there are stains along the corridor in front of the room, entering the room, dust filled the floor as if it hadn't been swept, dust under the bed, dust along the edge of the wall. dust on the bed I said it was very dirty. Had to call for cleaning again, came in and swept the dust and scattered the whole room. Let's just say I don't recommend this place. Better go find another place to stay. Lots of accommodation in Hat Yai. Let this place sink in the dust forever.

The room is very good. Secretly closing the door a little difficult, but the other thing is good, the air conditioner is cool, the room is neat, very clean, there is no point that I think is a defect, except for the toilet lid where it looks very unstable. The receptionist is very ok, friendly, check-in, check-out, no problem at all. I recommend it.
