Was a neat and clean little place, easy walk to shops for food and close to tourist attractions. Manager was very obliging and was always helpful.

This was the perfect location to explore the historic sites. The hotel is lovely, particularly the garden and top veranda. The owner was very helpful as were the staff.

I enjoyed my stay. It’s clean and the terrace is very nice. Lots of nature. It’s also very close to the temples and some restaurants. Highly recommended.

Nice quiet location but close to the temples. Good value

This was a nice property, and the owner was helpful and accommodating. They have an honour system drink cooler, which was handy, and the coffee was complimentary. The location was fantastic, close to most of the key sites I wanted to see, and plenty of places to eat nearby. The negatives: The room was small. It was fine for one, but would be a little tight for more than one. The wifi was fine out on the little sitting area out front of the bungalow, and it was good at the foot of the bed. But if you were lying at the head of the bed, as you normally would, the wifi was almost non-existent. So that was inconvenient. The property has several bikes, but I was told they were all old and were broken. One of the reviews I saw for the property said they had bikes for use. I intended to use them, so they should have at least a couple of them fixed. There are plenty of places nearby to rent a bike, so there were other options, just not the one I hoped for. Overall a good experience, but with some things that could be improved (especially the wifi issue, which is critical these days)

We had a great 2 night stay at Niwas Ayutthaya! The bungalow was tidy and we enjoyed chilling on the front terrace. The location is fine and walking distance to places to eat and drink, we walked from the train station which took about 30mins. We had scrambled eggs for breakfast a few doors one way and hired bicycles a few the other way. Bicycles are the perfect way to explore the temples and park. They have a fridge with drinks that you can access and leave the money in an honesty box. We enjoyed that and the complimentary chips to go with our beer! It was a great stay. The owner is lovely and the place is looked after well. Would definitely recommend.

Good location for temples and modest street market.

For the area, the AC was from what we gather, normal. It was subpar for what we expected, but it did let us sleep at night. Additionally, the service is amazing, the staff are the best.

Beautiful little place to stay! Great air conditioning, tv, wifi, and great location! You're minutes away from amazing ruins. The man who owns the facility is the star though. He was so kind and helpful, and set us up with a great boat trip to see temples!

This place is OK, but that's it. Only one overhead light. Needs a bedside lamp. Dingy bathroom walls. Needs fresh paint. Bed was comfortable. Host was helpful. No breakfast.

HI, We stayed here in January 2018 for 2 nights. The owner is very friendly and speaks english quite well. He offered tips on where to go for site seeing and for dining. There are bicycles to use free of charge from him and that was a great benefit to us and it was how we did all of our site seeing. He also arranged a Tuk Tuk back to the train station for us at the end of our stay. Great location, clean rooms, very quaint.

This place is great! The owner is very kind... I missed my train so I had to arrive very late without announcement, and even when he was already slept, he received me very kindly... The next day he gave me advices about which ruins to visit, and where to eat! He even gave me a map from the city and marcked his recommendations....I stayed at a boungalow, and it was like being in a fairytale...I even regret not staying more nights there

A tropical, quiet garden with comfortable rooms just minutes from Ayutthaya's magnificent Wots. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful; offering suggestions and directing us to special events in town. Just around the corner from the night market, breakfast spots and an easy walk to the pier. Highly recommend!!

しっかり、管理をして施設を大切にしているホテルです。ビジネスホテルとは違い、自然の中で寝泊まりしている感じが味わえて、特別な雰囲気のあるホテルです。アユタヤでゆったりとした時間を過ごすことができます。 また、自転車も貸してくださるので、アユタヤの遺跡やレストランを自分でまわることができます。 高級さを求めるならおすすめはしませんが個人的にはよかったです。ホテルの方も親切でした。

Établissement très bien placé, beau bungalow et l’hôte est génial

Nous avions pris une chambre de type économique, mais il n’était pas indiqué que la douche et les WC étaient sur le palier et très basique. La chambre avait des murs en bois, laissant passer le jour, ainsi que le bruit de la rue et la chaleur. Il y avait bien un climatiseur mais très bruyant, ne nous permettant pas de dormir.
