For some reason Hotels.com lists this as a 5 star hotel — that is insane. This a 3 star hotel with basic interior, cheap decor, long hallways reminding me of 1990s youth hostels, and an entryway that makes one walk past parked vehicles covering the entrance. The pool is small and mostly in the shadow, the gym has very little besides the treadmill, and the staff seem little trained or interested in doing anything much.

Really enjoyed my stay.

Everything g need to asked 2-3 times , was out from 9 am till back 3 pm room still not clean , called reception asking for clean room after 1-2 hours still no one coming… and attitude not that good as 4 stars hotel …

Overall the hotel is nice , staff were helpfull , i called to get the tv reset to english and they sent someone within minutes . I recommend

Was good hotel

Hotel ran out of key cards during our stay. It was also very noisy at night. It might be a good hotel during low season but at high season they seem unequipped for dealing with the volume of guests.

Hard to get a Taxi. To far from central city

I stayed here for 8-9 Days. We smelled the weeds from someone who smokes badly and has a really strong smell. The smell caused three of us to get light headaches very bad every day. The front deck Guy is rude(he might not be a front deck at all, but he pretends like he is). The guy who opens the door is the best service!! (The guy who is a little bit chubby and short should get a better job position in this hotel or another hotel. We need good service like him.) The cleaning lady on floor 8 is the best as well. The location is well close to BTS, 5 minutes to 7-Eleven. I not gonna go back to this hotel again because I found a better hotel just on another road on Sukhumvit(Thonglor). I wish I booked another hotel for 9 day.

The smoking area should have more air clean system.

I would not stay there again. The bad, (1) Check-in took too long, 5-10 minutes per person and we had to wait quite a while. The staff was very rude and rude to me. 2) Around 2 am, I heard noise from the floor above for almost an hour, so I called the reception, but in the end they could not quiet the noisy clients and I had to move to a different room. (iii) There was one day when the room was not cleaned. (iv) I was very uncomfortable with some of the receptionists and this was the first time I had ever been treated like this.
