Very nice hotel, room was spacious and bathroom very nice. Staff were super friendly and assisted with everything we needed. The location is fantastic for eating and shopping, having hotel access to MBK mall and then walking distance to all the other great malls, BTS station and also great places to eat. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Very good location. Taxi drivers know the hotel very well so it was easy to talk to them and get a ride especially when you are out of the way. Superb breakfast. Very comfortable rooms. Close to MBK. BTS National Stadium is also close but a bit of a walk.

Is my 2nd time back to this hotel after many years. The bed is so comfortable.(totally forget to ask the staff the brand if the bed if they sell it as well) I have a well rested sleep for 4nights. The hotel staff is attentive and make small talks to you, starting from Concierge where I order some cookies and send to hotel. To the check in/oyut staffs for their assistance. Even the cafe where I have breakfast daily greet me and remember my husband and myself. The cafe staff were attentive to my drinks order which I appreciate. The house keeping staff was attentive to my laundry service. The bellboy and the lady staff greet me everytime we had eye contact. I had a pleasant and great time staying at this hotel. Convenient locations. Perhaps some changes on the shower area as if for elderly it seems tough to climb in and out. Noise could be heard at level 26. I will be back again. Thank you so much

We stayed 4 nights in the suite as we wanted the comfort. Almost every aspect of our stay was excellent, except for the fwlg 2 areas: 1) The bed was too soft and same as the pillow. Even after picking the pillows from the menu, they were still too soft. As for the bed, it was very uncomfortably soft and because of that we did not have proper sleep for the 4 nights. 2) We had been staying in Pathumwan Princess every year for more than 10 years. Never put forth any request except for this last trip because for the first time our flight was at 6.00pm. We requested for a late check out at 3.00pm but was turned down by the front office manager despite appealing. Very sad as the manager was very inflexible.

As always I love staying at the Princess. Check-in is exempary and I love the welcome drink. The Princess is central and has a fantastic pool which I can train in and is the main reason I stay here.The gym is fantastic and the staff are always helpful and courteous. There is great shopping in the MBK complex and easy access to the Skytrain. As Arnie said "I'll be back".
