What a great stay! We were sorry to go! The staff was so helpful and gave us lots of good market and restaurant recommendations. They helped with sending out laundry and it was always returned within 24 hours. They also helped with transportation to/from the airport. Hotel is walkable to many different restaurants and cultural sites. Highly recommend!

Besides the fact, that is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever been because of the terra-cotta carving throughout the hotel, right across the street is my favorite restaurant in the world which is called FACES. The restaurant also is decorated with terra-cotta carving throughout the restaurant and it’s impossible to find parking around there unless you stay at the hotel. The staff is incredibly nice and I really love the help yourself Teas in the front lobby area. The breakfast doesn’t have many options but for what they have it’s done very well. This is my second time staying here and I will come back again.

We had the most amazing stay here, starting off that it is an absolutely beautiful hotel, walking distance to everything you need and convenient to nip back to if needed. The beds were comfortable and breakfast nice. The highlight for us was the decor and how lovely all the staff were, the reception desk were some of the loveliest people we have had contact with and we are so grateful for their warm attitude. 5 * experience.

Lovely hotel in a good location. The staff are really lovely. There's a nice restaurant directly opposite too which was handy.
The only thing letting it down was that the rooms were a bit noisy. We moved room in the end and it was slightly better but still not great. We were top floor so I think what kept us awake were compressors from the Aircon on the roof kicking in and out. It wasn't a deal breaker, just make sure you take earplugs.

We really loved this Hotel, very beautiful & felt like an osasis from the city. Staff were extremely friendly & went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Pool was lovely after a busy day.

Lovely hotel with comfy bed. very welcoming and helpful staff As well as a very thoughtful gift basket with lovely keychain.
Negatives - surprisingly noisy throughout the nigh, although only backs only a little lane lots of scooters use all the back lanes. Breakfast good coffee and eggs how you like it, but rest just ok. Would I stay here again. Yes ;-)
