It is a very good accommodation. It feels like a hotel. I like to stay home for a long time. Breakfast is very good. Not much to eat. From the first thought is not a buffet is not full. But no Clean rooms, great room facilities, not to be missed 5 star hotel, it feels like a 4 star hotel. Good luck! There is a concern as fiber. What are you doing here? What do you want me to eat? A friend is a Muslim Do you have halal food? It is recommended. That's good and impressive.

Amazing location right next to a canal. The ladies who run the place don’t speak much English but we had no problem communicating using our phones. They fed us a big and delicious breakfast.

The property is in a safe, quiet area next to the river. Our Garden Room was clean, spacious and with plenty of storage. The staff were very friendly and made sure you wanted for nothing. There was a good variety and plentiful breakfast that was served to you by the river. Transport was easily arranged for wherever you wanted to go, and at a reasonable cost. It was lovely to sit in the well maintained garden for a drink next to the river. Highly recomended.

Had a great stay at the Phuttal home stay. The staff barely speak english but was able to communicate using google translate. My daughter really enjoyed feeding the fish in the river.

The Phuttal Residence is located on a beautiful river/canal. We stayed in the family apartment, though there were just the two of us. The furniture and accommodations were nothing fancy, but everything was clean and orderly. The breakfast was excellent. Even though we had a kitchen, we did not cook. Please note that you will need to order a taxi to find a restaurant. It is about a 10 minute drive to center of Ayutthaya.

I’m so glad we experienced this gem of a property. I didn’t quite know what a home stay was being used to contemporary hotels but yes please this is heaven. They take wonderful care of you with amazing breakfast. Gorgeous property. Loved the temple boat tour they arranged all sorts of things for us. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and owner they are so very kind. Very special place. Thank you for the use of the bikes too!
