All staff are friendly and helpful. Such an amazing and memorable stay. The kid loves it so much. The swimming pool is nice, the room is clean, and love the free boat shuttle service to the main pier. Many thanks to Mrs. Kalong for giving many recommendations about foods and the city. The room is in need of of a refurb, it's kinda dated, but other wise was clean, quiet and comfy. The bed was great and the river view was spectacular. Slight odor in the bathroom. Tried ordering a kids pizza by room service, but got the full size for twice as much and only ate half. Pointed it out on checkout, but they just shrugged. There is a free river shuttle that will take you to the main pier were you can transfer to other river shuttles. Also BTS is there as well. Very close to asiatique.

Most things are superb at this hotel. We have stayed here before and appreciate the service, location, and price. This time there was a very strong smell of cleaning fluid in our room. We called and asked about it. A cleaning lady came but said she couldn’t smell it. It eventually lessened, but every time we returned to our room we could smell it. (The hotel staff offered to change our room, but we declined.)
