I really like the hotel, near BTS Bangchak (just walk to the beginning of the alley), about 10-12km from the center. The staff communicates well + meets all my requests. There is a breakfast buffet but there are a few dishes. The plus point is that there is a washing machine + dryer that you just need to put in a coin to use, the minus point is that the room is a bit dark and the water faucet is slightly broken. 9.5/10.

The room was spacious & has a balcony. It’s a bit sad that they only provide 1 pillow for each guest & need to pay extra for additional pillow. It’s 3 minutes walk to BTS & the surrounding was very ok. Easy to find food, very close to 711

The staffs are friendly, polite, and helpful, from the lobby and the breakfast room. There is a lot of parking, the rooms are nice, the air conditioning is very cold, the entrance of the alley is lively, there is BTS Bang Chak, there are a lot of food to eat, very convenient. If there is a chance, I will definitely stay again. Out of 10, I give 9, deducting 1 point because the fan and air conditioner are quite loud. And when checking in, the staff gave us a key card for a room that was under repair, which surprised us and made us feel a little disappointed, but the staff solved the problem quickly by bringing out a new room key and changing it immediately.

The service staff is very good. The room is clean, but little Peter came to welcome us on the first day.😅 But overall, it's very good. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop to enjoy the breeze. I really like it. If there is a chance to come back and stay again.

Very nice to stay here for a long vacation. All staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable also. Just close to go to the MRT station, we just need a few minutes walking to the station.

The room that I found is Just finished working again There is no pre-cleaning for the person going to stay from that room. And the staff told me to change the room and move to another room But found the same condition again Finally moved to room 3 to go to rest I feel very dissatisfied.
