At the centre of old Bangkok, within the walking distance to all the main attractions and city centre, with day and night markets all around. Hotel itself not too big and very homie, with nice lady preparing delicious breakfast different everyday. Nice rooms, daily house keeping, air-condition, fan, mini fridge and safety box. Much more than you'll expect for that price.

Safe,quiet and very clean.

It may have the bear minimum but the staff are lovely and very helpful. Breakfast must be tried but not what you would normally expect for breakfast. Also, Take anti mosketo cream.

The area is grest and the owners sweet. Simple clean rooms. The roof view must be from another time era... When it was the tallest building around. Disappointing to see that the orange drink was axed from the complimentary breakfast and many Russians have discovered this place.

Horrible hotel with lady boy (look like) owner.

The major problem of the hotel is ladyboy owner who is always on the frontdesk reception daytime. Dealing with him/it/her itself makes the whole stay miserable. The hotel is old, bedsheets are dusty and look like there is bed bags, my family have bites all around growing every night. But its cheap.

It close to the party central but away from it to sleep with out the party waking you up

The hotel is located close to Kosan rd but in a peaceful area! The breakfast was great, good Thai choice. I had a medical problem when I stayed there and the staff went out of their way to help me. A nice place to stay, Nice People!!

Overall a good experience. Rooms were in a quiet neighborhood yet walking distance to plenty of landmarks. Free breakfast every morning was nice as well as two free bottles of water every day. It's slightly more expensive than rooms of similar quality in the same general area but since I booked last minute I'm not in a position to complain.

It’s definitely a budget hotel, with a hard bed but the room was clean. Area is also good being able to walk to khaosan rd. The ladyboy that works front desk is not friendly and even less helpful

This was the first hotel I stayed at in Bangkok. I liked it. The room is basic and antiquated but very comfortable. The staff is very kind and the breakfast buffet was good. Khan san road is about a ten minute walk away

there's no problem for me to stay here as i'm single man.free break fast and wifi and hotshower available. but for those traveler who wanna bring thier "girl friend" you need pay extra money on front before 12 midnight.otherwise you get 1,000bhat fine.

Good value hotel. Hotel staff is kind, they even left extra waters and toilet paper in a bag outside my door on days I didn't have room cleaned. Breakfast was good as well, and included with the stay. 5-10 min walk to khao San road.

When you arrive in this hotel, the super unfriendly ladyboy at the recep and your prison-like room, you might think: Should I stay or should I go? But after experiencing Bangkok, its hotels and quarters, I swear you this is a real good -if not the best place-to stay! Why? You have a room with balcony. Which is real rare in this big city. In many hotels, you can't even open the windows (or have no windows). you're in a silent,friendly and cheap are. the prices of rooms can't be beaten. You have real good breakfast. So what else do you want? The ladyboy may be unfriendly, but she's the way she is. I appreciate this to artificial smiles. The massage salon of a real charming thai lady is just in front of the hotel. start your day with a real good thai massage for only 200 baht! (!)

Cheap and cheerful. Good breakfast included. Bed a little hard but overall hotel was OK with about 10 min walk to Khaosan Rd
