I loved most things about this hotel. The staff was AMAZING, and clean as well. However, when i arrived at the hotel, the bed i slept at had a very small stain, its very faint so i didnt care much of it. But accoding to the hotel rules, they clean the sheets, linens everyday unless we ask not to. I left the sheets to be changed most days because we are Canadians and we sweat a lot in hot countries so it was only fair we wanted clean sheets. I was there 5 nights and all the nights that tiny little stain was still there, as in the sheets werent changed. I wasnt pleased with that. I didnt tell the staff mainly because i had other problems in the room, such as the power was very unreliable, most rooms needed only one cars to get the power going, we needed 2. I traveled with multiple people therefore we had extra cards, but it was such a hassle when one persom had to leave and couldnt take one of the cards because the power went out in aboit 20 seconds. So if one person was in the shower, the other person had to stay put in the room and not go anywhere even if needed. It was very inconvenient. But besides that, it was a great stay, i probably will return back here if i dont find anything better, only if i dont find anything better. Oh also, the breakfast was DELICIOUS. I had breakfast everyday mainly because it was just simply amazing. Thanks to the cook and thanks to that front desk staff too, you guys were honestly great!

- location is quite convenient, quiet, can easily grab a grab, near the train station, about 5 minutes walk. - Near the hotel there are 2 7eleven - our group booked 5 rooms, our support staff took the connecting room, when there was a complaint about a foul room, they immediately assisted in changing a new room for us - the exclusive room class will be full. Full washing machine, stove and kitchen utensils, suitable for families with young children. - The only minus point I see is that the wifi is a bit flickering

Sa-ard Hotel, the security system is excellent. The receptionist serves with a smile, speaks very well, likes that there is a sofa by the mirror, can sleep 1 more time because it takes her daughter along. You don't have to open a new room.

Facilities no shower cap no tissue outside Wi-Fi is limited to the number of machines, only 2 bottles of water are provided, both for 2 nights accommodation, the refrigerator does not open. Have to let the guests to open it themselves 🙄 Well, why not soak in the water for a long time, why not cool? And there is no cleaning. 2. Employees are missing, while customers have problems calling, do not answer, have to use their personal mobile phone to call. Security guards are not on duty. You have to come down and open the door yourself. 3. The water pipe is very smelly, like fainting, does not want to stay again, very bad

Taking a shower and changing clothes An employee uses the key card to open the door. Even though it's not time to check out, I was shocked and the coordination was terrible. When entering, wait to clear the room for about 1 hour. Without notifying any progress Leave until you have to walk to ask yourself. Key card is still not given, then said that until then have to challenge to turn on the camera, very dumb
