The door is broken. Can't be locked. The mechanic comes to repair. After going in for 2 hours, it hits 1, it can't be repaired. The mechanic who sent is not using the mechanic. He doesn't know. And didn't say one word that I used it for a long time If it's going to be a long time Change the room for better? What is the service? At first, I asked to have no room. Once told to lose, the web site will be 2 hours tonight, will it be repaired tonight? So there is a room available Should I pay for it? I didn't prepare the room at all.

Actually, this is my second time to stay at this hotel. I was so impress for the first time. Anyway, somethings happen at this time :) 1. I already booked the room by app but on the day that I checked in the reception took about 10 mins to find the room booking information. Luckily, they found it. So, please make sure that the staffs transfer the customer information to the next team. 2. My room had no towels. I think because of they lost my booking information so the mate did not prepared. I will stay at this Hotel in the future, just want to give the feedback for them to improve. Thank you
