This guesthouse is near the bus terminal which is a plus. The rooms are a good size and quite comfortable. It has private bathroom and they have free coffee, tea or hot chocolate. They don't have free breakfast but you can order from their menu. After walking around hours in ayutthaya, we were famished and was pleasantly surprised that we can order some food even when its not breakfast time. We were able to leave our luggages here in the morning when we checked out so we were able to walk around ayutthaya luggage free. They also have bikes you can borrow/rent (not sure because we didn't use bike). Will stay here again if I am back in ayutthaya. I also appreciate the amount of locks in the door and grills in the window which can make you feel quite secured.

I enjoyed my stay there and people are very nice especially the girl at the reception. She answered all my questions and helped me. She even cooked me dinner even if they do not serve food at night. Was thoughtful and kind. Room is clean and enjoyed my king size bed. Really felt safe during my stay even I was a solo traveller. Very near to the main attractions as well! You can rent a bike to them as well fro 50 baht !

The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool. The area around the accommodation is like being at home. The door is closed at 10 pm and locked at 11 pm. It looks safe during the stay. There is a parking lot inside. There are snacks for sale at an inexpensive price. There are tour services with both tuk-tuks and boats, including buses. Nearby, there is a grocery store, a coffee shop that sells inexpensive Western food. There are boat noodles, a la carte dishes, the taste is okay, haha. There are barbecue pork restaurants and steak restaurants in the evening. It is convenient and worth it.

Located in the city center. If you come during Songkran, you can walk to the waterfall conveniently. The van queue back to Bangkok is not far, about 600-700 meters away. The customer service is very good.

If I come to stay in Ayutthaya, I will come again and recommend it to others. I am surprised that foreigners have found such a good place to stay. The room is clean. It is safe for one person to stay. The uncles and aunties are friendly.

Affordable room, cool air conditioning, spacious bathroom, strong water, has a water heater, no dryer, but has a fan and fragrant bedding. But the pillow is uncomfortable, the pillow filling is hard and lumpy, not soft, the mattress is comfortable according to the price, slept for 2 nights, the 2nd day was not cleaned. You have to go and ask for your own towel. Not sure if I have to tell you, but the location is very good, near Wat Mahathat. There is a night market. Near the morning fresh market. If you go next time, go to bed again because of the location and free coffee and Else bread. Very little parking, no more than 5 cars.

Easy booking easy check in owner was nice lady. Run by family. The room is very comfortable very nice bed that was nice to sleep in clean room. The guest house has bicycles for rent and they can organize day tours we did a river tour very happy with my stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Even though I was staying alone, it didn't feel scary. It was close to the fresh market. The owner was kind and friendly. He also recommended tuk-tuks and places to visit.

Came to stay for the 2nd round already Worth the price, almost 600 baht Comfortable as before, soft double bed, cool air conditioner, the owner speaks well. There is a lot of parking. But if you are hungry late at night, you can't go out to shop because the owner closes the fence at 11:00 PM.
