The hotel is not the same as the name listed. It is a completely different place. You have to walk another 100 meters with your luggage to check in. The picture is totally different from the real one. Booked a room with three beds and got a storage room with two bunk beds. The cleanliness is terrible.

You shouldn't open a reservation on the app. If you accept walk-ins until it's full, when you get there there's no room. You have to move to another hotel. It's very dirty.

I've order a room with private bathroom but when I want to check in, the room was full. So I got a triple bed with no private bathroom. And their bathroom was so disgusting! Smell not good! Such an awful experience!

It was a stay that I did not get any sleep at all. The staff at the counter on the ground floor talked loudly up to the 3rd floor. The room was very dirty, there was trash under the bed, a lot of dust, the bathroom was dirty, the room was dirty, not cleaned at all, the bed sheets were torn, the service was bad, not worth staying here, the service was terrible even a year ago., she brought food into the room to eat, spoke loudly, and talked on the phone loudly. It was the worst experience.

First night stay, showered at night, bathroom was dirty. Okay, acceptable because I thought someone would use it all day. The maid probably hasn't come to clean yet. Woke up in the morning at 8 am, the bathroom was still dirty. Came back in the evening, oh wow, no one is cleaning? I understand that it's a shared bathroom, but don't they clean it at all? Mold, grime everywhere, torn bed sheets, air conditioning not cool, the hallways in the hostel are not clean at all. People who want to stay here should think carefully.

The smell of cigarettes permeates into the bedroom. Plus the roommates talked for a bit too long, worth the price. Take a taxi from under the bridge in front of the Amari Hotel. Stay on 25 June 2024, enter in the evening time. The rain began to ease. Traveling to Don Mueang Airport is convenient and not far.

Fist, they didn't show the name of the 2nd hostel. I has book with Sleepcase hostel, but, they have building 2 with different name D house hostel. When I got there, the manager give me to the 2nd buidling, but bad services. 1, No clothes hangers. 2, The water have many Chlorine, it make everything have bleach and smell. 3, Bathroom floor, stagnant water, there is always a puddle of slimy water on the bathroom floor. 4, They also have RAT in the hallway.

You guys shouldn't book here, I booked Sleepcase Hostel, but when I checked in, they took me to Banana Hostel. The staff was indifferent, the room was no different from an old, run-down motel room, and the toilet had noisy water. Everyone, please pay attention. Wish you all a happy trip.

โรงแรมอยู่ติดกับทางลงสถานีรถไฟฟ้าเลยครับใกล้มาก ภายในโรงแรมสว่าง สะอาด บรรยากาศการจัดพื้นที่ส่วนกลางดีมากครับ และมีพนักงานคอยต้อนรับตลอด โทรมาก็มีคนรับสาย ชอบที่นี่ครับ แต่อยากให้ช่วยดูเรื่องน้ำอาบครับ น้ำค่อนข้างร้อนครับ ถ้าพอจะแก้ได้จะดีมากเลยครับ ไปครั้งหน้าพักที่นี่แน่นอนครับ

ไม่แน่ใจว่าส่วนไหนที่ผิด ในแอพบอกเช็คอิน 13:00 แต่ที่พักเช็คได้ 14:00 ซึ่งก็คือเวลาปกติทั่วไป รบกวนอยากให้แก้ไขให้ตรงกัน เพราะจะได้ไม่มีใครเข้าใจผิดอีก ซึ่งเชื่อว่า ไม่น่ามีแค่เรา ที่พักเช็คอิน 14:00 เป๊ะเข้าใจได้ แต่เราต้องไปอีกตึกหนึ่ง เขาบอกเราจองตึกb มา เราก็ไม่ได้รู้ป่ะ ตอนจองมันก็ไม่ได้ขึ้นว่ามี 2 ตึก คือทำไมคุณไม่ดูก่อน ตั้งแต่เราไปถึงตั้งแต่เที่ยงกว่าด้วยความที่เข้าใจว่า ที่นี่เช็คอินได้ 13:00 นะ ดูที่เราจองมาสิ ว่าอีกตึกนะ ให้เราไปรออีกตึกก็ได้ เพราะอีกตึกมีที่นั่งพักดีกว่า เย็นด้วย ที่ที่ให้เรารอ คือร้อนและแคบ มีคนรอเช็คอินอยู่ 6-7 คน ให้เรารอจน 14:00 เพื่อให้เราเดินไปอีกตึก ก็ไปเอากุญแจที่นู้นอยู่ดี ให้เรารอตรงนั้นเพื่อ… คือมันก็ไม่ค่อยโอเค มันอาจดูเล็กน้อย ต้องเจอเองถึงจะรู้
