This is amazing hotel. I really like the service at SO Sofitel. When I arrive bell boy help me with my luggage and take me to level 9 for check in. Then receptionist approach me do check in, welcome drink really delicious. Everything in SO Sofitel really good. I'll back for next vacation.

The SO Bangkok hotel was wonderful, the hotel is clean , modern , well designed , the breakfast has been delicious and generous . Big highlight is toward the infinity pool overlooking the city and Lumpini park .

Everyone was so nice and the hotel is very clean, the only downside is there is a lotttttttttt of traffic as it’s in the business district, that’s not the hotel’s fault tho, just give yourself extra time if you have to go anywhere

We were on our honeymoon and were given an air themed room. Contrary to the rooms theme of clouds and air, our bed was rock hard. The buttons for the room for the lights and curtains made absolutely no sense… some were hidden behind the cabinets. Also, we had no hair conditioner for 3 days. I had to call for 2 nights in a row to get it refilled and finally on rhe third night, a guy had to come in while I was in a bathrobe to refill the hair conditioner. Is this 5 stars service? Absolutely not.

Was suddenly woken up at 6:30 AM to a man entering our room, mistakenly insisting we were checking out when we weren’t. Also experienced a safety concern with the elevator, which failed and dropped suddenly. Overall, the property is passable, but I’d recommend looking around, there are likely better options available for the price.

2. Shower randomly switched between extremely hot and extremely cold.
3. Staff in club lounge were not attentive.
4. Request for a birthday cake wasn’t delivered until late last day.

Best lobby view. Interior is a little dark for me but the room was so spacious with the view of the city. The bathroom could use a brighter light as well. The staff were wonderful. We also enjoyed the pool.

I stayed here for my birthday, and it felt so good, the service is amazing, the room is gorgeous and the view of the city incomparable. I will definitely come back to this hotel, it was perfect and the decoration was stunning, i loved it, the hotel also was really kind to also storage my luggage after my check out to help me out while i traveled to the north of thailand , breakfast was good and the pool omg beautiful. The location of the hotel is unique because is pretty easy to get around different neighborhoods, they gave me a small velvet cake for my birthday, thank you so so much for everything, i felt pretty special
