My wife and I booked one night initially and decided to extend for multiple nights. The people at the hotel are awesome! The rooms are very clean and nice. We got a room with a beautiful view. To get to the hotel you have to go up a short steep hill (in case you are walking). Highly recommended! We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

After my initial hotel 'lost' my reservation I was able to find a room here at the NC Residence. It was clean, had a decent amount of space in the room and owner and his wife were super kind and accommodating. I only stayed for a night but it was worth the walk up the hill. Wifi was ok as well.

the stay was very nice. hotel clean and staff available for any inquiries. the only bad point was the WiFi. Cannot access it from my room. it's needed to have a motorbike or a car to go there by the way. only 5min drive from patong beach

The property has a small sea view but the whole place is very old and untaken care off. They need to renovate the whole property. Also located on top of a hill that is very steep and hard to climb. Good for very short stays

Arrived around 8pm we waited 20 min for doing the check in because there was only 1 person at the reception. Room was at the third floor, without elevator and nobody helped us with the luggages. Room and balcony were dirty and even not a single bottle of water in the room. For sure not a place for families.

Nice hotel but located at the top of a very steep hill. About 25 minute walk to the beach but this means it's quiet, away from the chaos of Patong, and had good views from the pool area, although this was shaded by trees. Rooms were comfortable, wifi was OK but a little intermittent. Rooms cleaned every day which was great. Air con worked well. Only criticism was that the bed had a very tired over blanket which was unnecessary and made the room look old and tired. Easy to remove and the sheets underneath were immaculate.

We enjoyed the location, quiet, secluded and safe, even though we had to negotiate by foot a steep hill to and from the hotel everyday... kept my kids and I very fit. Others, can hire a scooter.

Had the best time. Motel was great except for the big hill you had to go up to get to it tuk tuks didn't want to go there except for more money and who could blame them but it did give us a laugh.
