Tango Vibrant Living Hotel (SHA Extra Plus+)

I highly recommend this hotel to living in the Bangkok. The hotel room is very comfortable to rest but in my room the hot water didn't work well enough. The location strategic to access public transportation (Airport Rail Link that can connect to BTS and MRT). Thank you for the hospitality and I will back to stay here 🖤

Nice place, great hospitality.

It's a great place to stay. It's located in the shopping area so we could simply walk to Platinum, Pratunam market, Big C and it's so easy to find food. I complained the first time we got the room because there was a leak in the toilet and they gave us the new one right away. It was convenient. I enjoyed my stay there.

Close to Ratchaprarop Train Station which connects directly to the airport, close to Pratunam & Platinum Markets, clean, spacious rooms, soft mattresses, friendly & helpful service, you can leave your suitcase just satisfied. The minus is that the food menu is only a little but if you look at it in terms of price it's still quite okay 😊.

2 The room has an unpleasant plastic smell. One of the two rooms had bugs/cockroaches crawling all over the bed, walls and even the suitcase. The receptionist offered to change 2 other rooms, but 1 of the 2 rooms had a broken light, not enough light, and a shabby wardrobe.

Tidak di sarankan dan tidak akan kembali di hotel ini lagi. Kami booking lewat aplikasi kamar untuk 3 orang ( sesuai pilihan di aplikasi) untuk 3 malam. Tiba di hotel saat check in, kata reception tidak ada konfirmasi dari aplikasi. Saya perlihatkan bukti booking dan invoice yang telah dibayar. Setelah tunggu 30 menit baru terkonfirmasi ada kamar untuk kami. Begitu masuk kamar, ternyata hanya ada 2 single bed. Kami turun ke reception tanya mengenai booking kami untuk 3 orang. Kata reception hotel, bookingan itu hanya boleh kami tidur ber 3 dalam kamar tidur. Kalau mau extra bed, kami harus membayar tambahan 1000 baht x3 malam = 3000 baht. Kami berdebat dan tidak bisa berbuat apa-apa. Sebab pihak hotel, tidak ada yang bisa bahasa english dengan baik. Kami minta buka 1 kamar lagi dan kami bayar cash. Ternyata jawabnya hotel lagi penuh. Akhirnya kami hubungi cs. Cs agen online meminta kami bukti bahwa kami sudah membayar 3x1000 baht. Tentu kami tidak punya bukti membayar 3x1000 bath. Sebab kami sudah membayar saat booking di aplikasi. Dan tidak bersedia membayar lagi. Dalam hal ini, aplikasi selaku penjual produk juga tidak membantu. Akhir cerita, kami menyerah. Terima nasib sial dari pihak hotel dan cs. Dan kami minta extra handuk mandi sebab kami ber 3, ternyata diberikan selimut. Akhirnya salah satu kami harus tidur di lantai. Untuk yang mau memilih hotel ini harus hati-hati.- Kamar hotel cukup bagus dan baru. - Hotel maximal hanya 3 bintang. - Servis hotel sangat mengecewakan. - AC berhadapan dengan bed dan dingin tidak stabil. - Air panas tidak stabil. kadang tiba-tiba mandi, tidak ada air panas. - Kaca berjamuran. - Penerangan gelap dalam kamar. - Sulit berkomunikasi ( English). - Semua staff kurang dan tidak ramah. - Tidak ada servis bantu turunkan koper dari mobil. - Lift hanya ada 1 dan sering out of service. Sehingga tamu yang kamar di lantai 7, harus naik tangga. - Daerah banyak pijit (sepertinya yang negatif). - Stasiun Ratchapropap bukan stasiun BTS. Melainkan Train. jadi kemana-mana, masih harus dari Train ke MRT dan dari MRT ke BTS. Akan habis waktu dan biaya. Yang pasti, untuk harga yang sama, masih banyak pilihan yang jauh lebih baik di Bangkok.

They upgraded the Internet, speed much faster and no need to re-login everyday now. Good job well done. I think its my 5th time staying here and will keep coming back for more. Don't forget ti book early for great value of money rent 👍.
