We booked a room for 444 baht with breakfast. The service was very good. There was a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We stayed here for 3 nights and were very impressed with the service. The staff took good care of us. We had a late flight back at 11pm. The staff took us to the airport at night and left our luggage after checking in at noon. It was very convenient. The housekeeper cleaned well. The room was clean. The housekeeper refilled water, soap, and shampoo (but there was no tea/coffee in the room, which was not a big deal). There really are cheap and good hotels. There is a Central Department Store very close by, Kadmanee Market (food is not expensive), and a barbecue restaurant (very delicious and cheap, recommended). When I came to Chiang Mai, I was very impressed. I guarantee that I will stay here again if I have a chance to come to Chiang Mai. I highly recommend it.

This is my second time using this hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The reception staff is friendly. There is a staff who cleans the room and changes towels every day. Importantly, there is a shuttle service from the airport, which is very convenient for staying. Overall, I am very impressed.

The hotel has a good location, but the rooms are terrible. The beds are dirty, and I need to change them. The tables and sofas are very dirty, and the towels are very dirty. Some are black, like doormats.

The breakfast was delicious, but the door to the room downstairs had a very high gap. When people walked past, the sound could be heard clearly. Room 404 had to be covered with a cloth. If someone bent down to look, they could see right into the room.

Cockroaches in the bathroom, the TV needs to be unplugged from the power outlet, the bed is as hard as a wooden board, the pillow is so hard that it causes a sprained neck, the breakfast is 10/10, the bedding, towels and foot towels are very old.

The hotel is near Central and near the airport. The room is beautiful and spacious. But I recommend using other colors of towels and face towels rather than white because the white fabric is very black. I don't dare to use the foot towel. My grandchildren asked why the fabric is so black. 5555 Stayed for 2 days. It's like the room wasn't cleaned at all. But changed the towels and took out the trash. But the floor and bathroom were not very clean. Everything was impressive. But I would like the cleanliness to be better.
