Information about the age of the child was not stated, so we had to add a room, we went with 7 people (5 adults, 2 children aged 9 & 11 years) and booked 3 rooms, but had to upgrade or add a room

The facilities in the room are okay. I would like to deduct points because when I opened the room, I found a cockroach on the wall and there was a musty smell in the room when I entered. But after turning on the air conditioner for a while, it disappeared. Or maybe I just got used to it. Haha.

The room is quite small but not uncomfortable, beautiful, good. The room is very clean. Very good service staff I'm really impressed. The male staff are very helpful and welcoming. After check-out, I forgot the charging cable in the room. The maid hurriedly followed and called with the forgotten charging cable. The hotel is next to a shopping mall.

2nd times here. Great location! You can easily walk to bts. You got a shopping mall next to you. Staffs are "amazing" very helpful. One thing that this hotel can add more value it would be baby cots. They should at least have 2 stand by at the hotel.

The hotel is old, the rooms and bathrooms are probably better maintained. Receptionist, check-in and check-out should be improved. No facial expression, welcoming guests. Deposit 500 baht. Can't pay via AFL. To go to press from Big C Have been staying here for a long time, but this time I was not impressed.

Please improve your air conditione we have changed for 2rooms the last room very hot the bellboy help us bring the fan to the room that’s the last things for help us can sleep for that’s night.

Location: It's closed to BTS On nut, next to Big C and near local market. Room: I booked deluxe double room, it's clean and comfortable. However, air conditioner seems quite old so it's getting cool slowly. Service: Every staff is extremely friendly, the wifi works so well I think this place is good to enjoy your trip

Nice simple place with nice receptionist and doorman. The bedroom dan the bathroom are very clean.the television have enough channels for me. The location is good with big c in the corner and walking distance to on nut bts. Enjoy my stay there.

Convenient transportation near the train, there is a shortcut to Big C, near the market, but the building is not crowded. There is a parking space in front of the building. Very clean room. Thought that he would use the service again when there was an opportunity
