The room is cute. But the toilet flusher was leaking. The shower is not working properly. Lift elevator is too hot. The interior was very cute. Please improve for the in-room facility. Thanks!

The room is very nice, beautiful, the seaside at the corner, cover every corner, but the location is 3 points. And the room that went up had a foul odor similar to Will be the smell of urine The second is No tissues. * In the morning, check out the room. Inform the staff about why there is no tissue in the room The MPC said that it only takes care of rentals. The items in the room are at the owner of the room that is rented out, which is the condo system. The owner of the rental room 📌 The first two items are considered to have never been reserved in a rental-like style. But the second floor room that contacted the room is not ok, even though there is a mask The smell smells a lot. The third is a booking for 4 people with a single bed. For 2 persons The other two are sleeping comfortably.

I travel with my family around the hotel is very nice include the room also, but I don’t like the bed we booked a room for 4 pax but it’s only have one bed and 2 extra bed I think it should have 2 big bed for all people and if have more can use the extra bed. I pay 3000฿ but i’m sleep on extra bed it should be like that!?

I had superb time at The Crest Santora! Me and husband love every detail in this room, it’s so unique and thematic. We also love to wandering around the apartment, this place is so pretty and peaceful. The only downside is the location which a bit far from points of interest (e.g. Santorini Park, Hua Hin Night Market). However, this place is still highly recommended for those looking for beautiful view, peaceful ambience, and comfortable stay.

Cleaning was not clean. The room had a terrible bad smell. The pillow was not washed clean. Tell me if the Agent does not show any responsibility. You do not hope that I will get more money and will tell everyone.

The room is so nice. We spend more than half day to take picture around the place. However, it is a little bit far from parking space. Luckily there is a buggy to take our stuff on the dah that we checked in.

The room itself is super fine. Exactly like the pictures. However, to cram 4 people in this room, one must stay on sofa, one must stay on the cushion-liked mat provided. For sleeping in overall, it was fine for budget travelers. But the best part is the whole area. Step out of the room, go around and you will see one of the best view ever. Very Santorini feeling, beautiful beach view, ideal for relaxation just to see those stuff. Also nice pool running around the building that you won't want to go anywhere else. But if you want to see the city center, the location could be a deal breaker. A bit isolated, that's why it's the best for relaxing!
