Hotel is close enough to all sites to see in BK. I would stay here again. Contemporary setting, great bed, hot water, Aircon, and security to get to your room. Would stay again when in bk for a couple of days.

the location of this hotel is very good as all the market place are well connected. this hotel is simple for a family stay and also very economical & safe. hotel doesnt have restuarant. some street food and departmental stores r there to keep u r needs.

Residence location provided easy access to MBK, Siam Square and short taxi ride to Hua Lamphong Station. Room was nice, comfy beds (harder mattress, but I like that!), good room service. Room had a fridge and a safe, small balcony and a great AC unit. Only real downside was the “bum gun” (the bidet hose next to all Thai toilets) was leaking and dripping from a broken part. This meant the toilet floor was always really wet- not great. I’d advise the manager to fix ASAP a it doesn’t leave a good impression for guests to have to compensate for water all over the floor. Other than this the place was great and excellent value. Would recommend a visit once issue has been fixed

Value for money, ok if you don't want to be in backpacker area, eating/coffee shops not nearby, not far from Siam centre and MBK - big malls, can walk to canals and taxi canals (20 mins or there are moto bike taxis on the corner, cheap (if price negotiated, and relatively safe, so convenient). Taxis nearby (good value) and buses not far. To old town is about 20 mins or so by taxi (depending on traffic, maybe 40 mins)or the canal also takes you to old town (moto bike or walk to canal and then to old town, quite a treat). Massage place in street, seems to be 2 services/shops, one is more likely to give genuine massage than the other one.

We stayed 5 nights, occupying 2 rooms, on a family vacation. The rooms were big, clean, and adequately equipped for the price. The front desk was friendly, although lacking certain knowledge of the area. Although close to all the main shopping areas of the Siam area, it was almost too close, with taxis often declining the short fare. A 15 minute walk to the BTS was tolerable. Taxis often did not know where the hotel was unless you let them know it was on Soi Botan, where the famous "massage" house is located on the end of the road. All around a great value for the area.
