Nice room as pictured, clean, friendly staff, very helpful receptionist. There is a hairdryer, refrigerator, hot water and snacks that can be taken on the 1st floor, there are scales in the lobby, very close to shopping and culinary places only 3-5 minutes walk.

Very very good! From the price can be cheap, the location is very close to sevel and pratunam market which has a lot of halal food. The staff is super friendly and very kind whose name is T. Ke (Hi T. Ke 👋🏻) The arrival welcome was very cheerful and given an early check in at 10 am. Wow! The AC in the room is very cold! Really like staying here.

We stay here for one night, the price quite higher than others but the hotel was comfy. Sadly the front office wasn't so friendly so it was really hard to communicate with him. But thumbs up for their security guard, really helpfull and kind even he can't speak english. The area is located in between Platinum and December, make easier to strolling around.

In the past few years, Pratunam has been very popular. Phòng sạch sẽ, the country is very strong. Bonus point: there’s a cute and friendly cat at the hotel! 🇹🇭: The accommodation is near Pratunam Market, convenient to travel. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. There's even a friendly cat in the hotel. So cute!

My family and I had a bad experience: 1. The hotel staff did not read our booking notes (one of us asked for a room on the 1st floor because we checked in with our children) 2. Our room was suddenly opened without permission not long after we checked in and went out for a while to buy lunch (-/+ 30 minutes) even though there were bags and suitcases in our room (along with some valuables)). They were a bit surprised because we came home early, their excuse was because there was an AC repair that required access to our room, it didn't make sense because the repair should have been done before we checked in (even though we checked in late at around 15.45) 3. Their promise to move one of our rooms to another room that had been agreed upon the next day was actually canceled, even though we had both checked the room in question.

I stayed at this hotel during my short trip to Bangkok, in the Pratunam area. The location is quite good, it's close to night markets, lots of food options, and a 7-Eleven nearby. However, it's a bit of a walk to the nearest BTS station, so keep that in mind if you plan to use public transport a lot. The room was clean and looked quite new, with decent amenities. However, there was no electric kettle in the room, just a thermos. So if you want hot water for tea or coffee, you’ll probably need to request it from the front desk. One thing to note: be prepared to pay a 1,000 THB cash deposit upon check-in. They only accept cash, which caught us by surprise as it wasn’t mentioned in the booking confirmation email. We weren’t carrying much cash, thinking we’d just use cards or QR payments for everything. Plus, taking out cash from ATMs incurs a 220 THB fee per transaction, which adds up. It would also have been nicer if the front desk staff were a bit more welcoming, they seemed a little unfriendly and didn’t smile much. On the bright side, the security staff were very friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. Overall, the hotel itself is decent and in a good area for food and shopping, but a few improvements would make the experience even better.
