The hotel is close beautiful beach. I stayed in a fantastic room. It is beautiful view over the sea and the bay from the terrace.Room had great bathtub. The breakfast buffet was tasty and many menu to choose. Cosmo and rock salt restaurant are very good. Thank you all stuff to great service.

Nice property. Beach club is just a few deck chairs on a terrible part of the beach. Property starting to look a bit tired in some parts. Good hotel but i wouldn’t consider it a leading hotel of the world.

This is a beautiful resort next to Nai Harn Beach. Phuket activities require a long traffic filled ride. But the resort is amazing!

This is a very well managed hotel. The quality of the food and restaurant service is generally very high. The staff are friendly and efficient. My only niggle is that the swimming pool is small and not suitable for lapping. We will be very happy to return there and to recommend it.

The Nai Harn is a gorgeous property, with incredible views from the side of a mountain and wonderfully attentive service. The valet realized we were taking two beach towels each day and started to prepare them for us. We spent 8 nights here, over New Years. Wonderful Cosmo restaurant as well for a great breakfast and other meals. Fabulous and restaurant on the water just a short walk from the hotel -- On the Rock Bar and Restaurant. Deluxe ocean views at the 8th and 9th floor are great rooms, and sit above several floors of similar sized rooms but with larger extended outdoor patios. Both are great options. We came for a snorkeling trip. Excellent at Ya Nui beach, where we kayaked out to the small Ko He island twice and swam there once. Excellent corals and lots of fish. The other superb beach for corals and fish is Ao Sane, a 10 minute walk up a hill from the hotel, though construction is making a mess of the beach. Also did a day trip to Coral Island to snorkel on Banana Beach (excellent) and off shore (ok).

Staff service and attentiveness levels very high. Standards across the board very high.
Two very small points for hotel to consider:
1: Passenger lift to have fan / ventilation added (we live in hot climate and lift in our apartment has this)
2: For the rooms like ours for this stay that have terrace day bed it would be great to have a shaded area / parasol so can sit out on terrace and enjoy views without direct sun to deal with.

Very nice hotel overlooking one of the best beaches. Excellent staff and breakfast, good restaurants but a bit overpriced for what they offer. The pool is small and didn’t use it much but the view is great. Just be careful with the location. A bit far from other beaches of the west side and nightlife but depends on what you are after. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot.

A gorgeous hotel with beautiful views. It's a bit far from the airport (1 hr 15 minutes) and from the start of the water-based tours (we did the cave canoeing), but the beach is stunning, and the food delicious. I considered switching to somewhere closer, but have no regrets.

We spent wonderful days at the nai harn! the room was exceptionally nice, the beach with the private sunbeds and umbrellas was great, the breakfast was excellent (large selection and very delicious). the whole staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful! we would come back again and again!

My first time visiting Thailand and The Nai Harn made it memorable. They have great dining options on the property and a few off within walking distance on the beach. I recommend their buffet style breakfast with plenty of options. Overall, thankful for the friendly staff and the hospitality!

Beautiful hotel. We were given a room upgrade upon arrival as hotel was low in occupancy. Beautiful patio with great views of ocean and beach. Direct beach access. Breakfast was great. We had dinner twice at hotel restaurant Rock Salt and food and service was great. Amazing views while eating at Rock Salt.
