Dịch vụ tuyệt vời, các bạn staff rất nhiệt tình tốt bụng, tiếng Anh OK. Vị trí rất thuận lợi, tiện đi lại bằng phương tiện công cộng. Nếu bạn nào đi đu idol ở Union hall thì khách sạn này tiện lắm nhé. Ra đầu ngõ là có 7-11 khá lớn ở bên phải. Còn ở đầu ngõ rẽ trái tầm vài trăm mét là ga Phahonyothin 24, mua vé đi 1 điểm là đến ga Ha Yaek Lat Phrao ở ngay Union Hall rồi, nếu đi bộ thì là 1.5km, đi bộ sẽ gặp 1 cái chỗ gì đó có lâu đài để chụp ảnh với chợ đêm nhiều món ngon. Từ ga Phahonyothin 24 đi tầm 9 10 điểm nữa là đến ga Chit Lom ở ngay khu BigC, Central World để mua sắm vui chơi. Cái ngõ đi vào khách sạn thì 1 bên đường nó xập xệ quây tôn lại và buổi chiều có các xe hàng bán thực phẩm nhưng nhìn chung cũng không ảnh hưởng gì đến trải nghiệm. Trong phòng không có bàn chải đánh răng nên vẫn phải mang theo, nhưng không sao cả. Điều hòa tủ lạnh OK. Nếu muốn cân hành lí có thể hỏi staff họ sẽ cho mượn cân. Nhờ staff gọi taxi ra sân bay Don mueang thì phải hỏi giá taxi trước nha vì đắt hơn là taxi gọi theo hệ thống điều phối ở sân bay lúc đi từ sân bay về khách sạn. Có bể bơi nhưng mình không mang đồ bơi và cũng không có thời gian nên chưa thử. Nếu có lần sau đu idol ở Union Hall chắc chắn sẽ quay lại trải nghiệm
