1. There are only a few pillows, just 2 pillows to support the head of the bed (two people), should have a spare pillow as well. 2. Items should not be economical and should be given back, not allowing coffee to be brewed in the room. But did not give, despite having an electric kettle (For boiling Mama Cup?) Give a 3in1 model and a paper cup with a stirring stick if you don't want to wash and save costs. 3. Tissue in the box for use in the room is not filled. There are a few boxes attached. should be filled before selling the room 4. Attention to customers is important. Don't think that a few hundred rooms, but a few hundred rooms should have or have more than what customers think. That is, you are in the mind of the customer.
