Staying here for one night and it was all a great experience I had. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room itself was perfect with the river view as we could see a romantic scenery at night. Provided with amenities, coffee, hairdryer, water heater, fridge, and that 50" smart TV. Few minutes walk to Icon Siam and BTS station. Good for staycation. Definitely to come back again.

The staffs are helpful and professional, especially Mr. Hamsan, the Assistant Manager of the Quarter who is very hospitable and helpful. Also one of the BellBoy (Concierge) who is very handsome and helpful, he helped us booking Grab with his apps, which was cheaper and we got bigger car which we needed for our baggages. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and spacious. It is located near Icon Siam. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety and there were local cakes. It is recommended to stay here.

I really enjoyed staying 3D2N at this hotel, the hotel was nice, fragrant, and clean. The staff is also friendly. I even sent my luggage first to this hotel because I had to go somewhere else before going to Bangkok, they stored my luggage well, my suitcase was even provided in the room. Complete facilities, Lawson open until evening, massage spa, gym, and swimming pool. I really like sitting and chill in the backyard of this hotel with a river view. I would definitely go to this hotel again if I visit Bangkok again.

I had the opportunity to hold a seminar at this hotel. I booked a room, a superior river view room, but I got a room on the 4th floor. The view from the room didn't offer a clear view of the river because it was blocked by trees. I wasn't very impressed with the room. The room was very clean and not very soundproof. There were some noises from outside and from adjacent rooms that occasionally interfered. Overall, breakfast was edible but not exceptionally delicious. Due to the large number of customers, eating wasn't always the most enjoyable. However, the lunch provided for seminar participants was delicious. Regarding the banquet hall, I commend the team led by Mr. Games for their excellent service and assistance, which made the seminar run smoothly.

Great location, just a short walk to Icon Siam. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the discount at Lek Massage and the Lawson convenience store inside the hotel was really convenient. Nice view of the Chao Phraya River, especially at night with all the cruises passing by. Room was spacious and comfy. Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back!❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

much better than my last stay. They've stopped insulting guests by keeping you waiting while they check the room when you check out. Also stopped warning guests not to steal the shampoo.

From the first check in, we want to change the room bcs our room was not like we’re expected but the staff was super helpful and fast. We got better room. The room was big enough for us as a couple. They have access to the Icon Siam by walking so if you want book hotel near Icon Siam, this is the best choice. This hotel also near MRT & BTS. This hotel suitable for couples or family. They also have Lawson if you need to buy anything. The swimming pool was really big enough & clean.

But I really don't like the Lawson staff there.. I know I was wrong, because my child suddenly vomited there (and that incident was definitely not intentional). I stayed there to be responsible (if I wasn't responsible I would have left immediately) and they came to give me tissue to mop the floor directly.. At first I agreed but after I thought about it, there was a mop, why did I have to squat there.. They only gave me a mop when I asked for it.. I will not go to that Lawson again.. If it's about the hotel, my score is 100. Only the Lawson employees really disappointed me..

Clean room; plenty of space for kids and coffee. There is a walking shortcut to Icon Siam. On the first day of check-in, take a taxi from MRT to the hotel, because walking according to the map will show you the way to the back gate (this gate requires a card to enter).

My wife and I chose this hotel for our honeymoon and our first ever trip to Thailand. The hotel is okay in all aspects except for one thing which is unforgivable. The room was always wet/humid, not just the floor but the whole atmosphere. Our clothes and belongings went wet unless we turn the AC to freezing cold 16 Celsius. It was simply gross to stay in a room like that. Called reception and they said they had a technician fixed it but it worked only for a few hours. And what's with the septic tank trucks right in front of the building's and the restaurant's entrance, and the Buddhist altar??? Our noses never felt as violated before

The receptionists are not nice to clients and do not care about them. However, the rest of the staff are kind and helpful. There is a bed bug in the bed, and the impression I got from my stay here was that I would like to thank the male Thai restaurant workers. He saw that we were staying at the hotel for a long period and gave us a voucher. Thank you very much.

Room is clean and the bed is comfortable, but location is abit distance to city centre. Near to iconsiam which only walking distance around 10 mins. Have some issue during we check in to the room but appreciate the manager did upgrade us the more spacious room. Not suitable for smoker due to even provided the balcony but not allow to smoke. Staff overall is ok but not enough welcoming. If base on the room rate, I believe can choose better abit at city centre hotel.

Location: Near Iconsiam, there is a shortcut door that you can walk to. You can travel by the Gold Line BTS. It is convenient to travel into the city. Cleanliness, the atmosphere in the room is good. What I would like to change is the towel. I saw the tag for 2024, but it might be early this year because the edges are all frayed. It should be changed. Other than that, it's good. There is a Lawson 108 in the hotel (closes at 23:00). It is quite convenient to buy snacks and drinks. The parking lot is a bit narrow, but there is enough. The parking lot staff provides good service. The smoking zone is in the central court walkway, which you have to walk through every time. The smell is quite strong, but there is no smell in the room or walkway. The hotel manages its guests well.
