The staff is really great! Helpful, they helped us carry our luggage to the room, we can leave our luggage before checking in, it's close to BTS! Plus there's a free tuk tuk from the hotel to the nearest BTS. AND it's close to sevel🫶🏻.

the hotel is ok, clean enough only if you asked them to clean. close to phaya thai station and free shutle tuk tuk to station. but the staf are not helpful and reluctant to be asked..The bathroom.is too small, the fan didn't work, caused some smell

309 comfortable rooms with street views. Unfortunately, these rooms are very noisy because they are not soundproof. Gallon water is available on this floor. Two bottles of mineral water are also provided daily. The location is close to BTS Phaya Thai. Tuktuk rides to Pratunam are free. In front of the hotel, every morning they sell grilled chicken for 50rb, and there is a 7/11 and other food stalls, so don't worry about going hungry here. The room is quite spacious for two people. There are also plenty of charging outlets. The room has a white tone, so it doesn't feel scary. If you have thin ears, this place won't be suitable for you because it's very noisy.

I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. I like this area because it has a lot of amenities. Food and shopping services are all convenient. This is my second time in Thailand so I have a lot of experience when booking a room. After Tet, I will continue to come back.

It's a 5-600m walk from the Airport Link. The entrance is right at the Korean restaurant. The road isn't very good, so it's a bit difficult to drag your luggage. Try walking under the Airport Link all the way, passing through the gate, then turning right. It's convenient to carry your luggage across the railway. There's a kettle in the room for hot water from the dispenser at the top of the stairs. The room and bed are nice.

The hotel staff is very bad, talking to guests is very impolite, when they asked not to eat durian, I told them to take it slow, but they kept rushing me about that issue, while the room procedure was not finished and I had not received the deposit confirmation. They took back the room without letting me stay and told me to go somewhere else and asked for a refund from the Agent. When I asked to see the manager, they followed suit and said I'm boss here and not allowed you to stay here. It's so impolite to talk to guests like that. I've stayed here many times but this will be the last time because I don't recommend anyone to stay here. The boss told me that this is not Vietnam, this is Thailand. It's very discriminatory and racist. I think Vietnamese people shouldn't stay here, and I will never come back here again, when I come to Thailand. The experience is too bad with the receptionist and hotel manager.

Great hotel. I didn't think I could book such a good hotel for that price. The room is small, the soundproofing is not very good, but I go out all the time, and I don't know anything when I come back late at night. Especially for a sensitive person like me, I find the hotel has no spiritual elements, I sleep very well 🤭🤭🤭 Pratunam area is often congested, so if you go shopping instead of taking a taxi, you can walk to some shopping centers like BigC, Central World, Makro, ... not far away. Or you can take the train, which is also very convenient. With the experience of going to the airport and remembering to forget something at the hotel, I think the choice here is the right one. Because I took ARL straight from the airport to near the hotel and then turned back very quickly. Otherwise, in other places, I would have left my things behind. 10 points for the staff here, always smiling from the receptionist, the cleaning lady to the guy in the hotel lobby 🥰🥰🥰

Quite convenient to connect to the airport line. Going to Paratunam market is quite close (for me), there is a free tuktuk from 8am to 5pm. Overall satisfied. The day I stayed, the wifi was under maintenance so it was a bit sad 😅
