The floor was still wet when I entered the room. It looked like it had just been cleaned but it wasn't very clean. Both in the bedroom and the bathroom, the towels were very old. The cleanliness of the room and amenities should be improved. The service of the staff was good in every section, whether it was the driver, reception, or restaurant staff. The location is considered good, with a beach where you can go swimming. The atmosphere around the hotel is shady. 👍🏻

เผื่อไว้สำหรับการตัดสินใจหลายๆ คน เริ่มต้นที่เราไปพักวันที่ 22 ต.ค. 64 ช่วงวันหยุดยาว ตามหลักฐานการจองและตามมาตรฐานทั่วไปของรีสอร์ทหรือโรงแรมจะให้ check in 14.00 น. ซึ่งในวันนั้นเราไปถึงประมาณ 14.05 น.พบว่าผู้คนค่อนข้างเยอะ ส่วนใหญ่มารอ check in บ้างก็โวยวาย บ้างก็มีสีหน้าไม่สบอารมณ์ เราต่อแถวประมาณ 5-10 นาที เพื่อทำการ check in และได้รับการแจ้งจากเจ้าหน้าที่ว่าให้รอแม่บ้านทำห้องประมาณ 15 นาทีเพราะทำห้องไม่ทัน ซึ่งก็คิดว่าไม่ได้นานเท่าไหร่ สามารถรอได้ จึงตัดสินใจไปนั่งทานอาหารในรีสอร์ทรอ ผ่านไปจนกระทั่ง 14.45 น. เราได้สอบถามกับทางเจ้าหน้าที่ และได้รับคำตอบว่ากำลังเร่งทำห้องให้อยู่ จึงมีความจำเป็นต้องรอต่อไป สถานการณ์เริ่มแย่ลงเมื่อฝนเริ่มตกประกอบกับความเหนื่อยล้าจากการเดินทาง เรารอจนกระทั่งประมาณ 15.15 น. ทางเจ้าหน้าที่จึงได้นำรถมารับและพาไปส่งที่ห้อง ณ จุดนี้ต้องขอบคุณที่ทำให้รู้สึกดีขึ้นมาเล็กน้อย ก็เนี่ยแหละครับ Bad impression ส่วนตัวเคยมาพักที่แห่งนี้ 1 ครั้งเมื่อช่วง ส.ค. 2563 ไม่เคยเจอเหตุการณ์ลักษณะเช่นนี้ 🎈สิ่งที่ควรปรับปรุง 1. ทางรีสอร์ททราบจำนวนผู้จองล่วงหน้า และผู้ที่จะ check out อยู่แล้ว ควรวางแผนบริหารการดำเนินงานอย่างรวดเร็ว เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามเวลา check in การบอกว่าแม่บ้านทำความสะอาดห้องไม่ทัน นั่นไม่ใช่คำตอบสำหรับมืออาชีพเลย และการแจ้งผู้รับบริการให้รอคอย ควรแจ้งประมาณการด้วยความเป็นไปได้ มิใช้ให้รอ 15 นาที แต่จริงๆรอเกือบชั่วโมง 2. รสชาติของอาหารควรได้รับการปรับปรุงทั้งอาหารตามสั่งและอาหารมื้อเช้า ประกอบกับความใส่ใจการรับ order สั่งไปแต่ลืมทำให้สิ่งนี้บ่งบอกถึงความไม่ใส่ใจผู้รับบริการ เหตุการณ์นี้ไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นแค่ครั้งเดียวในช่วงที่เข้าพัก 3. น้ำจากฝักบัวในห้องน้ำไหลเบามาก ไม่ว่าจะปรับอย่างไรก็ตาม 🎈สิ่งที่ชื่นชม 1. ขอบคุณพนักงานบางท่านที่ทราบปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นและพยายามหาทางแก้ไขหรือกล่าวขอโทษ ณ จุดนั้นเราทราบและเข้าใจถึงการทำงานของพวกท่านและด้วยจำนวนผู้ให้บริการที่น้อยกว่าผู้รับบริการหลายเท่า 🚩สุดท้ายนี้อยากจะบอกว่าคงไม่กลับไปพักที่นี่อีก และจะไม่แนะนำเพื่อนหรือคนรู้จักไปพักที่นี่เช่นกัน

Pro : beachfront, free car pick-up from the pier, variety breakfast Con : 1. Far from center which has bars and restaurants 2. bad service (never pick up call at night) 3. old and smelly room. there's so much sand on the floor 4. no one bed as we requested (front told only have twin bed in the hotel) 5. They serve breakfast which the food is from last night (old food; barbecue meat)

The room is not clean. A lot of dust on the edge of the bed The bathroom is not clean, there are stains on the glass like not wiped for very long. The floor is not clean, dusty. At night the headlights of the room shone in the room very bright. Curtain is not light The air conditioner is not cold and noisy. The mattress looks very old. Good at the location because of the beach. Staff have service mind.
